Wonderful facilities & attentive, friendly staff. Spa massage was professional & a great experience with added herbal drinks & tea. Beautiful sea views & beach access. Lovely pool. Very comfortable rooms with super king bed. Felt very spoiled with the added extras provided to ensure a pampered stay. Restaurant food was delicious with the wonderful ambience of dining on the beach. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Fabulous, warm and friendly hotel. The food was so nice we ate there each evening. Beautiful food, table on beach. Perfect. The whole team are superb - from the breakfast greetings, throughout the day. Highly recommend. The loungers are super comfy, gorgeous pool and spectacular sunsets. And such a quiet relaxing place. We loved it.

It feels like arriving in paradise. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome with a cold towel and drinks to enjoy in the lounge. After that, the staff showed us around the place and made sure we knew everything about our stay at the hotel. We took the beach side studio and enjoy the seaside view a lot. We only needed to walk out of our room and we were on the beach. In the evenings, the restaurant of the hotel places their tables on the beach and you can enjoy dinner by candle light at the beach. The food was really good. For breakfast, there was a buffet and a menu to choose local of continental dishes. The staff goes the extra mile here! They do not only clean your room everyday, but in the afternoon/evening, when you are not on your room, they make the bed ready to go to sleep, put some nice music on, set a candle and have some tea or hot coco ready for you to enjoy. This experience was really marvelous. Only remark we can make is that the rooms can need a slight renovation.

A Perfect GetawayFrom the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, enhanced by refreshing cold towels and a delicious welcome drink. Our room was stunning (Encina), conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The amenities were excellent—thoughtful touches like jars of roasted peanuts and cookies (which were replenished daily) made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies available in the lounge throughout the day (though I don’t recall the exact schedule). The location was ideal, with plenty of shopping options just a short walk away. Now, onto the food—breakfast was a highlight!We tried a variety of dishes, including eggs, hot oatmeal, blueberry pancakes, whole wheat French toast, chicken wraps, and the standout quesadillas—absolutely delicious!What truly set Casa Del Mar apart, was the staff. They were consistently warm, friendly, and eager to assist, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. For outstanding service, hospitality, quality food, and a prime location, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s a gem!

Stayed at Casa Del Mar for the second time. Our first stay was way back in 2016. So happy to note the hotel is still as good ever! Beautiful and tastefully designed rooms. Located at Pantai Cenang - the most happening place in Langkawi but once you’re in the hotel area, it’s so tranquil and beautiful. Best of all, the level of customer services is really one the best we have ever experienced. From booking, check-in and all the way to check-our, the customer services are next level.

Excellent friendly customer service from the whole crew throughout our stay. They all made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful 5 night stay in the Beachfront Studio Suite with the beautiful sandy beach and very warm calm sea right at our doorstep. Ample sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Great breakfast included with local and international cuisine - we had a few different options each morning! We also had 2 sunset beachside 3-course dinners included as well which were incredibly good. Lots of local shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and water sports close by. Overall an excellent great value resort!

The best place to stay if you like quality, service and comfort. The owner and the staff are all nice and friendly. The room was charming. We stayed in a beach villa room which was worth the extra money. You only live once so spoil yourself! Even if you can only afford a few nights here it's well worth it for the memories.

The best service I have ever had from a hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was stunning. The location was perfect. Quiet, but just a 5 minute stroll along the beach to the best bars in Langkawi. I'll definitely go back 🫶

We absolutely loved Casa Del Mar. It was everything we could have possibly wanted for a little beach getaway. The perks: *For starters, it's super close to the airport. 10-15 minute cab ride, max. *The staff is super amazing. They were beyond helpful & attentive. We were always welcomed with a warm greeting and they were wonderful in filling us in on local things to do. *You're greeted with a delicious, refreshing drink & towel during check-in. Yes, please! *The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Beyond the traditional pastries & fruit. Every morning we were greeted with an smorgasbord of curry dishes, sushi, charcuterie, pastries, yogurts, cereals, & of course, there's the menu: egg benedict, wonton soup, omelettes, curry dishes, scrambles, etc etc. So many delicious options. *The room was gorgeous. It was absolutely worth spending a few extra dollars to get the beachfront rooms because the views to the beach were the best thing to wake up to. And, if it's privacy that you're after, then yes, you have to get a beachfront room! It's not in the middle of things, which is kind of nice. The room was always clean, the bathroom had both a shower & tub, the robes were necessary, HBO access, stocked up mini-fridge, cookies & fruit to snack on, AC was up & running, comfortable bed...what more can you ask for? We literally stayed in our room the whole day that we got in (because, jet lag). *The pool is delicious. I could have spent my entire time there. It's close to the bar, there always access to lounge chairs, beach towels are provided, it's just a short walk away from the beach, and showers are nearby. *I absolutely love that it's not a very kid-friendly place. As much as I love kids, as a teacher trying to enjoy my summer, I'm also looking for some peace and quiet. As we walked along the beach and got glimpses of other hotels with the kids playing in the pool, I was super appreciative of the stillness at our hotel. *Access to a gym & TV lounge area. The staff was amazing in hooking up the TV to show the NBA Finals. My husband was beyond grateful. *Their restaurant was so good. It's a bit pricier than what's in the area, but it's not exactly breaking the bank. And, if you make a reservation ahead of time, you can totally have a sunset dinner on the beach. So romantic. *Super close to the main strip with lots of local restaurants & shops. *Their spa was phenomenal, and not at all expensive. My husband and I booked a 60-min couples massage and it was so relaxing. We regretted not making it a 90-minute massage. *AND, the scented bookmarks! Omg! It's all in the details! The cons: None. You'd be a fool not to stay here.

Casa del Mar Langkawi is a boutique hotel right on the pristine Pantai Cenang beach in Langkawi, Malaysia. I enjoyed the relaxed, gracious 5 star service and gorgeous location - our beach villa opened right up to the ocean waves and sand. The chefs served us a custom Malaysian tasting menu right on the beach, and we got to watch the sun set while drinking dragonfruit cocktails. There was a lovely pool, lounge areas and more in warm Mediterranean style. A beautiful getaway!
