Amazing stay, we had a room that faced the beach that felt very private which we enjoyed. The staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay memorable. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices - don't miss the fruit bar as this was not obvious and we missed it the first 2 days. Rooms were very comfortable and plenty of complementary water was provided. Pool was very clean. Great location, just a stone throw from 3 beach bars and plenty of restaurants. Would totally recommend.

It feels like arriving in paradise. When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome with a cold towel and drinks to enjoy in the lounge. After that, the staff showed us around the place and made sure we knew everything about our stay at the hotel. We took the beach side studio and enjoy the seaside view a lot. We only needed to walk out of our room and we were on the beach. In the evenings, the restaurant of the hotel places their tables on the beach and you can enjoy dinner by candle light at the beach. The food was really good. For breakfast, there was a buffet and a menu to choose local of continental dishes. The staff goes the extra mile here! They do not only clean your room everyday, but in the afternoon/evening, when you are not on your room, they make the bed ready to go to sleep, put some nice music on, set a candle and have some tea or hot coco ready for you to enjoy. This experience was really marvelous. Only remark we can make is that the rooms can need a slight renovation.

The best place to stay if you like quality, service and comfort. The owner and the staff are all nice and friendly. The room was charming. We stayed in a beach villa room which was worth the extra money. You only live once so spoil yourself! Even if you can only afford a few nights here it's well worth it for the memories.

Welcome home, this is how we were first greeted on our arrival. While it didn’t make a lot of sense at first it quickly became apparent why it should have. To say our experience was outstanding is an understatement. All the staff were exceptional and we quickly found ourselves part of the family. The minor touches were impressive, from the cold towels delivered to the lounges, to all the little extras and surprises our stay was truly memorable. The food was outstanding, especially the breakfast, curry for breakfast, who could fault a hotel for that. It set us up for the rest of the day. We explored a lot of hotels in Langkawi and this is our top pick that we will be coming back to. Centrally located, not to big and not meaning to offend anyone but no young kids. Thank you so much.

The best service I have ever had from a hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was stunning. The location was perfect. Quiet, but just a 5 minute stroll along the beach to the best bars in Langkawi. I'll definitely go back 🫶

We stayed at Casa del Mar for three nights, to end our two-week trip to Malaysia. It was the perfect final stay! A very nice hotel with an incredible view at the beach. Our ocean-view suite was really comfortable and clean. The staff are welcoming and really make you feel at home. Everyday we got fresh water, fruit, cookies and nuts and in the evening, they light a candle in our room and put on relaxing jazz music. We also ate breakfast and dinner here everyday, and the food is amazing. Dinner may be a little bit expensive compared to eating somewhere else, but the quality of the food and the ambience are worth it. When the weather is nice, you get to eat on the beach! If we weren’t living so far away (The Netherlands), we would definitely come back here.

I had a wonderful 2 days 1 night stay at Casa del Mar Resort. The staff were super friendly, and the resort was top-notch, well-kept, and surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens. Its location is excellent, within easy reach of food outlets and main attractions. The resort only accepts guests aged 12 years and above, which helps maintain its peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great, quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Home by the sea. This is our second time staying at this resort. We made the booking online via their website and received daily breakfast and afternoon tea as part of the package. ||Check-in was easy. Since we are checking out from another resort in Langkawi, we needed to drop our bags before heading out to other attractions. When we arrived at the lobby, the front office staff came over to help with our bags. After confirming our reservation, they straight away took care of the luggage. ||We came back to the resort after having lunch and were informed that our room was ready. We just needed to fill in some particular details in the forms, and while at that, we were served with a welcome drink and a cool towel to freshen up. One of the associates, Mr. Putra, took us to our room and explained the type of room given to us and the facilities of the resort.||The room was spacious and had good amenities as well. This time, we got a room next to the swimming pool and the seaview. This room had nice shades from the tree outside the room. There was also a patio for you to rest and view the sea just outside the door.||Upon entering the room, there was a large sofa in the living area for you to rest. A small table and chairs were also part of the living room. So you could actually use your laptop/tablet if you needed to at the table. The room layout was nice, with the bathroom at the back. They also had a bathtub if you wished to relax, and they designed it so that you could have a view of the sea. The shower was separate and had good temperature when you needed a warm shower.||There was also a coffee maker for those who loved to have freshly brewed coffee, even though it was using Nespresso original pods. And they also did not forget some of the guests who loved to have hot chocolate with two packs of Bon Choco provided. The large TV was nice, but sadly, the Bose soundbar did not pair with my iPad/iPhone. Or else, it would be great to listen to some songs from my collection.||We received complimentary breakfast with our bookings. They have a good selection of à la carte menu from Western to Asian and also vegetarian. Just give them time to prepare them fresh for you. During our stay, we tried their egg Benedict, roti jala, dim sum set, curry mee, scrambled egg, and omelette set. Our only comment is their egg Benedict. Not as good as what we had at our hoe by the river. The chef needs to practice more. While waiting for breakfast to be prepared, you can get some items from the buffet line, which I hope will be improved on our next visit.||One nice thing about this resort is their turnaround for your evening. We were away for dinner, and when we came back, the room had been prepared for sleep. Bottled water was next to your side table, hot chocolate or tea was ready to be made, and the room had a nice smell from the spa. ||Checking out is also easy. The staff is ever ready to assist you with your luggage; just give them some time to sort them out. Mr. Putra was very helpful in picking them up for us and also sending them into our car. Some names that I remember are Putra, Alwan, Don, Amirul, and Elyn. ||Our second visit was so memorable that we decided to stay here again on our next trip to Langkawi.

We absolutely loved Casa Del Mar. It was everything we could have possibly wanted for a little beach getaway. The perks: *For starters, it's super close to the airport. 10-15 minute cab ride, max. *The staff is super amazing. They were beyond helpful & attentive. We were always welcomed with a warm greeting and they were wonderful in filling us in on local things to do. *You're greeted with a delicious, refreshing drink & towel during check-in. Yes, please! *The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Beyond the traditional pastries & fruit. Every morning we were greeted with an smorgasbord of curry dishes, sushi, charcuterie, pastries, yogurts, cereals, & of course, there's the menu: egg benedict, wonton soup, omelettes, curry dishes, scrambles, etc etc. So many delicious options. *The room was gorgeous. It was absolutely worth spending a few extra dollars to get the beachfront rooms because the views to the beach were the best thing to wake up to. And, if it's privacy that you're after, then yes, you have to get a beachfront room! It's not in the middle of things, which is kind of nice. The room was always clean, the bathroom had both a shower & tub, the robes were necessary, HBO access, stocked up mini-fridge, cookies & fruit to snack on, AC was up & running, comfortable bed...what more can you ask for? We literally stayed in our room the whole day that we got in (because, jet lag). *The pool is delicious. I could have spent my entire time there. It's close to the bar, there always access to lounge chairs, beach towels are provided, it's just a short walk away from the beach, and showers are nearby. *I absolutely love that it's not a very kid-friendly place. As much as I love kids, as a teacher trying to enjoy my summer, I'm also looking for some peace and quiet. As we walked along the beach and got glimpses of other hotels with the kids playing in the pool, I was super appreciative of the stillness at our hotel. *Access to a gym & TV lounge area. The staff was amazing in hooking up the TV to show the NBA Finals. My husband was beyond grateful. *Their restaurant was so good. It's a bit pricier than what's in the area, but it's not exactly breaking the bank. And, if you make a reservation ahead of time, you can totally have a sunset dinner on the beach. So romantic. *Super close to the main strip with lots of local restaurants & shops. *Their spa was phenomenal, and not at all expensive. My husband and I booked a 60-min couples massage and it was so relaxing. We regretted not making it a 90-minute massage. *AND, the scented bookmarks! Omg! It's all in the details! The cons: None. You'd be a fool not to stay here.

Casa del Mar Langkawi is a boutique hotel right on the pristine Pantai Cenang beach in Langkawi, Malaysia. I enjoyed the relaxed, gracious 5 star service and gorgeous location - our beach villa opened right up to the ocean waves and sand. The chefs served us a custom Malaysian tasting menu right on the beach, and we got to watch the sun set while drinking dragonfruit cocktails. There was a lovely pool, lounge areas and more in warm Mediterranean style. A beautiful getaway!
