Casa del Rio Melaka

We love everything in casa del rio. At the first sight upon arrival, the guard very welcoming, the reception, the restaurant staff, and the rest of the team did well to ensure our stay enjoyable. I like the hotel's design, the variety of food, and the services. ||Just a little thing, the room a bit old. ||Welldone to Niroj,Yune for the warm welcome. ||Qayyum and Faqul assist us in recommended nearby attraction. ||Ady assist us during breakfast with all our request. ||Ali upon checkout very attentive and friendly. ||Overall experience was amazing.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We were welcomed with a beautiful tray with a personalised leaf and ginger and lime sorbet. Checking in was seamless in a lovely cabana with the sound of tickling water. All the staff were lovely. The room incredible with our own balcony with views over the river. Highly recommend.

An exceptional stay! Not only the staffs here are friendly and attentive, the rooms are excellent as well as their fantastic food. The hotel's location is ideal for sightseeing, and the amenities are top-notch. A truly memorable experience, I'll highly recommend it to others.

High tea at The River Grill, Casa Del Rio @RM99 Nett is fantastic value. The variety of bites and cakes were wide and were of high quality. The fresh scones were even made from scratch. It was served by the riverside. Seeping our coffee watching the riverboats cruise by is therapeutic. The service is impeccable. Although coffee and tea may not be refillable, the service captain obliged us. Best high tea experience ever.

Everything was perfect, except for the ceiling fan, which had white dust on it. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, but I couldn’t finish the eggs Benedict I ordered from the menu. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. I strongly recommend it.

The service was great 👍. All the staff were amazing and very friendly. However the hotel rating is definitely less than 5 stars. 3-4 stars. Breakfast had limited options for international guests. I tried the spa. Again the facilities were very basic but clean. Masseuse was excellent. I would recommend to avoid river view rooms. The fountain view is very beautiful.

It’s not every day that you come across a hotel as genuinely service-oriented as Casa Del Rio Malacca. From Ms. Asmira, the Sales Manager, who attended to my group’s needs promptly from the planning stage, to Nazirul from Banquet, who worked tirelessly to ensure the function room was ready day and night, the level of service was impeccable. Even the security guard, who also managed parking, was so courteous and observant—he even asked about Madam (my wife) when she wasn’t in the car with me. All the staff, from the reception to the River Grill restaurant, were ever-smiling and welcoming. Highly recommended

************* our experience at the hotel is great. The building itself is stunning!!! The room is spacious & i personally love the big bathtub. The balcony is also beautiful and it makes a great place to relax while enjoying the view. However, the baby crib they provided us was a bit old and flimsy. Didn’t dare to put our baby inside it.
