This is the best paella I’ve ever had! All the staff were super friendly and kind, and the service was amazing. The aioli sauce served with the bread was also incredibly delicious. The prices are affordable, but the freshness and flavor are truly top-notch. I must visit again here. This is the best restaurant in Hamburg. 한국인들에게 추천합니다!!!!!!!!!!

Authentic. Great food and wine. My favorit portuguese dish pork with venus mussels

The first time we came here, we had a great experience. We ordered the vegetarian and seafood paella along with the whole fish — everything tasted excellent, and the service was very friendly. We visited again on a Saturday evening with a prior reservation. However, it seemed they had forgotten our booking and didn’t have a table ready for us. We waited about 15 minutes while they tried to find an alternative. We would have preferred to be seated indoors, but we were only offered an outdoor table — unfortunately, that turned out to be a nightmare for us, as the neighboring tables were filled with people smoking non-stop. Since all of us are non-smokers, it really affected our experience. This time, we ordered the Spanish omelette and patatas bravas as appetizers, followed by the vegetarian and seafood paella for two, and a beef dish with pepper sauce. The food was great again, but the service was disappointing. Not only was our reservation overlooked, but the staff also lacked friendliness this time.

The food was excellent, great tapas!! Everything we ordered was very tasty! The sevice was good. But the tables are bit small, esp. for 4 people. A bit squeezey. Also they have a limit for two hours for dinner, so it was kinda busy.

NOTE: CASH ONLY Delicious seafood paella and great fire show with the prawns tapas. Fresh seafood (except the crab sticks). Paella takes about 30 minutes to prepare, but worth the wait, especially if you’re waiting with tapas nibbles and bread (served with garlic cream butter) Cramped little place in Little Portugal, with lot’s of energy and character Wish I had the stomach space to try more!! If you have a small appetite, it’s ok to order just 1 person portion for the paella to share, then order more different tapas for variety. Price is not so bad as well Watch out for the dinner queue if you’re going in the weekend~

Delicious and authentic restaurant. The dishes here are delicius. I especially can recomend the rabbit stew, that is fit for a king or Michelin star. The atmosphere places you right in similar restaurants in a side street in Lissabon. Go here if you want an authentic experience in the Portuguese quarters!

Very tasty fish dishes. We took a fish mix for 2 persons (33€). Size was huge and the taste was excellent

My boyfriend and I headed to this area without a reservation. We tried one other place with slightly higher reviews without luck. Choose this restaurant by chance, because it was close by and honestly, I am glad the first place turned us down because this restaurant was exactly what I wanted! They were able to seat us within 10 mins and even let me bring my small dog, as long as she stayed under the table (which she did the whole time, because my dog is perfect in every way). This place was packed but the service was extremely fast. The wait staff were running around nonstop to get everyone their food and drinks. It was the best service I've gotten since moving to Germany. The menu was in English and the wait staff were able to talk to us in English as well. They were very courteous. We ordered a bottle of the Vino Verde, 4 tapas (Spanish omellete, peppers, dates with bacon and mushrooms) and the mixed grilled seafood platter. It was our only meal of the day and still we had trouble finishing it and had to take some home. The tapa portions were generous and the fish platter was huge. I would order every single of these dishes again when I come back (and I will). The Vino Verde was great too. Everything was about 75 euros, which I think is more than reasonable. All in all, instantly one of my favourite places in Hamburg.

I wasn't expecting to eat Portuguese in Germany, but when in Hamburg... Delicious Aioli. Chorizo had a wonderful smoked paprika bent to it. The gambas in garlic and olive oil was exactly how it sounds with the garlic having nice roasted notes. The good news is that it all goes down well with a local draft, or a glass of red. The atmosphere was charming and felt like a hectic, but warm family restaurant.

Most delicious tapas. Had a birthday dinner here and I have never had more mussels for 9€. We almost couldn't finish them, but we did. Totally recommend, the house wine is so easy to drink. Love this place!

My table ordered a wide variety of things - tapas to full meals - and waited nearly two hours for our food. Before ordering we asked the waitresses opinion on a dish and she said something along the lines of "yeah sure it's good." When our food finally came out none of us were very happy with the wait, or the food. We mentioned this fact and while the kitchen staff was beyond nice and accommodating, trying to explain the situation, our waitress was annoyed and speaking quite rudely about us in German (which we understood).

Yes this is a strange one. This restaurant benefits from being in the middle of one of the busiest restaurant areas in Hamburg. So it's more or less always going to be pretty busy. So we were very grateful when we found a table here without having booked. Four adults and 2 kids, it was great, especially when they asked another table to shift off their place for us. Then we watched all night as they moved people around the place all night as new people arrived. I haven't seen that before! It was also freezing outside, but boiing inside, and every time the door opened (which was a lot) we all got a blast of icy air! Overall it wasn't bad, the food was OK, then we had a little dance at the end when we were told they didn't take credit cards but then when I pulled out my Qype wallet, hey presto all of sudden they did! Which was very strange!

Definitely overrated here on Qype. We had reserved at Taparia and they screwed up our reservation. Will next be docking their review on here but Casa del Sabor comes first. Right off the bat, I want to say we received very polite service. Place was packed and the young waitress did her best to get us a table. All is well at this point. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. First off, the food is mediocre. We had tapas primarily and had ordered six different plates. Each and every one of these was bland if not downright bad. The turkey with "devil sauce" (whatever that is) was horrible. The chorizo with white beans was also disappointing. The meatballs in tomato sauce we also just bland. The other plates.....completely forgettable. Worse than the food was the house wine. I am convinced it was watered down. Either it was a horrible 2 Euro bottle from Aldi or some other discounter or they added water to "stretch" it. One way or another, bad. Anyway, too bad that the food just doesn't work here. It seems genuinely Portuguese and could be a great little place to come for good food. Unfortunately, they've long ago stopped focussing on quality food and just rip off tourists at this point. In this part of town you'll fill your restaurant without even trying. Shame, since our waitresses were so polite. (Maybe they actually listened to the few poor reviews on here from others about service. I'll cross my fingers that they do the same with the food.)

Delicious taps and other full entrees too. It's a small but busy restaurant. A little cramped but since the food was good it did not matter. Good find
