Casa do Jasmim by Shiadu

I very much enjoyed my stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The location is beautiful and convenient, with lovely surroundings that make it easy to relax and explore. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I loved the great view from the window. Breakfast was a real highlight — a nice selection served in a peaceful courtyard that’s perfect for starting the day slowly. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making the stay even more pleasant. A quick note about the layout: there are stairs in the property. They weren’t an issue for me, but if you prefer to minimize stairs, mention that when you make your reservation and request a first-floor room. Overall, a delightful place I’d happily return to.

Casa do Jasmim is a gem in the heart of the city. First impressions leave you wondering if you made the correct choice in booking, but only due to the hotels availability to blend into the surroundings, adding to the quaintness of the community. The real magic happens when they open the door to your well appointed, and spaceous, room. The quality of this hotel continues to reveal itself in it's provided breakfast made from ingredients they have grown on their own farm. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. When returning to Lisbon, this will be my first choice in lodging. Highly recommended

Very nice and individual hotel! A very nicely restored house! The staff is extremely friendly! The breakfast was very rich and there was among many others also quiche and vegetables etc. The room, ours under the roof, was very clean and we had a fantastic view of the roofs of Lisbon!

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Hotel Casa do Jasmim by Shiadu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and gracious, making me feel immediately welcome. The room I stayed in was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, which made for a relaxing retreat. The bed was a dream to sleep in, but the true highlight of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. It featured farm-fresh eggs along with an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables that were just bursting with flavor. It was a perfect start to the day! We had the most wonderful stay at Casa do Jasmim! The room we had fit our needs perfectly with clean facilities, plenty of space, functioning A/C, and an incredible view overlooking the city. Also, the location could not have been better at the top of Bairro Alto, no more than a 15-20 min walk to most things. We look forward to coming back on our next visit to Lisbon. Good selection of breakfast, fresh products from their own local farm Great location as everything can be reached easily, yet quiet area. A clear recommendation for anyone visiting Lisbon!

You cannot beat the location and the service is really great- the entire team is very warm and welcoming. My husband and I had an early flight on our day of check out so we were going to miss breakfast, the team went out of their way to drop us a care package the night before to take with us the next morning! It was extremely kind and a prime example of the extra mile the team goes here! Highly recommend

Lovely, simple hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. Well priced, clean, and staffed by the nicest people. Great breakfast every morning too! Our room was like a treehouse overlooking a back garden with views of Lisbon. We loved it.

I have stayed at several places in Lisbon that left a want for more. These other places just missed the mark, well I found my home base when I come to Lisbon. Casa do Jasmim by Shiadu is the place for me! I didn't want to leave! Between the kindness that welcomed me, my room, the location, that BREAKFAST, I am just not sure there is any other place that meets what I am looking for in Lisbon. I enjoy staying in places that have charm, character, and that make me feel like I am in a European movie! Casa do Jasmim is dreamy in all the ways. Yes the stairs are steep, not abnormal for Europe, go slow. Yes it is an old building, beautiful creeky floors make my heart burst, and paying extra for a view of the city was absolutely worth it. Breakfast is in its own category. Wow! Located in the basement is a sweet breakfast setup with food options in abundance! Fresh juice, fresh coffee of your choosing, bread for days, pastries for days, fresh fruit, etc... you get it. Eat your breakfast on the patio outback or the dining just inside. Everything here is thought out and I do believe those working really care that your experience is a great one. And it sure was!
