Fantastic location, with lots of little touches everywhere. It is a bit quirky, so check the room pictures... toilet in a cupboard ha ha . Only saw one staff member and he provided great service and local knowledge. Would definitely stay again.

The bed was very unconfurtable I din't sleep nothing. The breakfast seemed to be equal every day and the employs were cleaning the stuff in front of us. And, for the last, in the internet it appears as an hotel but when you get there it's an LA.

The website description was misleading. Photos of beautiful graphics suggested quality but this was not a "hotel". This was one floor of converted rooms within what appeared to be an apartment building. The building entrance didn't have motion sensor lights -- (ie no light and dark) -- had three garbage dumpsters overflowing with stinking garbage. After asking several people about how to get to the "hotel", we entered the "B&B" floor and eventually our room. They took a basic room and added a raised toilet, sink and shower. Furniture and fixtures had a lot of wear and tear and needed to replaced. We were exhausted from a long journey. Otherwise, we would have gone somewhere else.

Beautiful, romantic rooms with character. Friendly, welcome staff. Great location - we were only there for one night but could walk everywhere. Solid (cold) breakfast - we had to leave early and they moved up breakfast for us. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful one night stay here! The room decor is wonderful, the check-in staff are so personable, meeting us at the street to help us with the luggage and showing us the features of the room. I love that it also had a little history story with it, a very charming touch. The breakfast had a good selection for the European style continental breakfast and was being restocked. The little quirks and minor imperfections were equally made up for in style and service - this is Europe after all! I’m thankful they had an elevator, despite it being small. Location can’t be beat! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here several nights while in Lisbon. ||The location is great, easy walk to the old town neighborhoods, restaurants, etc. Easy public transportation options for Belém. ||The rooms are on a couple of floors in a historic building/area, right across the street from a park. ||The air conditioned rooms are cozy, with authentic wooden floors, and modern bathrooms. The breakfast nook and buffet seat around 10 people at a time with pastries and continental breakfast options, freshly squeezed orange juice and cereals. ||We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

The room was clean and nice. Friendly staff, good location. Lot of restaurants nearby. We have good time here. Thank you for your nice hospitality!
