Casa D'or - Hotel

I was very disappointed with the reception staff during my stay. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and made the check-in experience unnecessarily stressful. Instead of welcoming guests, their attitude felt dismissive and uninterested. Simple questions were met with impatience, and they did not make any effort to provide proper assistance or basic hospitality. Overall, the reception service did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel, and it greatly affected my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to improve guest service in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa D’or Hotel, made even more special thanks to Toufic’s exceptional service. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, always greeting us with a warm smile and genuine care. Whether it was helping us with directions, arranging transport, or simply checking in to see how we were doing, his attention to detail and hospitality truly stood out. The hotel is very poor for the following points:|- the breakfast is a very poor contain few items |- The electric power was cut off several times due to a technical fault, and the reciprocation promised to send the technician , but this did not happen.

I had a pleasant stay at Casa D'or Hotel in Al Hamra, Beirut. The hotel is situated on a prime street with easy access to the vibrant main road and the surrounding side streets. It’s just a short walk from Hamra’s main streets, making it highly accessible to many shops, cafes, and local attractions. Nearby, you'll find plenty of shops for shopping enthusiasts, as well as mini markets—ideal if you're there for a short stay and need essentials. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. I noticed how proactive they were in ensuring guests' comfort, which added to the positive experience. While there was some temporary road construction happening during my visit, the hotel did an excellent job keeping the area in front of the building clean and organized, minimizing any inconvenience. The Wi-Fi was reliable and worked well throughout the hotel, both in the rooms and in common areas. Electricity in Lebanon can sometimes be disconnected, but the hotel has its own generator, ensuring that these interruptions are barely noticeable. The building itself is slightly dated, and some rooms may need minor maintenance. However, it's evident that maintaining high standards is a priority for the hotel. For tourists, there's the added convenience of having places to buy a SIM card or exchange currency just a few steps from the hotel. Overall, Casa D'or Hotel offers a comfortable stay, with a great location and exceptional staff, making it a solid choice for visitors to Al Hamra.

Additionally, I would like to highlight the efforts of Karen, a new staff member, who made every effort to help despite being new to her role. Her enthusiasm and willingness to assist did not go unnoticed and added to the positive experience I had at Casa D'or. Room and Amenities: The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and quiet environment ensured that I had a restful stay. The hotel's amenities, including the free Wi-Fi and the delicious breakfast spread, added to the overall convenience and comfort. What could be improved: The toilet still uses the old-style washer, and it would be much better if they upgraded it to a شطافة for more comfort and convenience. I also felt that the price is a bit high compared to other hotels in the area, so it would be great if they reviewed their pricing. Despite these points, I genuinely enjoy my stays here and will continue booking Casa D’or Hotel in the future because of the great service, friendly atmosphere, and overall comfort.

It was a very relaxing stay, the hotel is clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Hot water to shower was available and fast. Breakfast was delicious and the quantities are fulfilling. Looking forward to my next visit! No one disturbed us during our stay, no noise was heard during night time as well
