"Casa dos Ovos Moles, Campo De Ourique. These are conventual pastry sweets based on eggs and sugar, created by nuns and monks in the monasteries. In this cute shop just in front of Basílica da Estrela, you can taste delicacies like “ovos moles” (soft eggs) from Aveiro and “pão de ló” (a light sponge cake). These treats taste like a major reward after climbing Calçada da Estrela, from São Bento neighborhood to Campo de Ourique."
These Ovos Moles were amazing. The place is very nice and cozy, and the coffee is pretty decent as well. Definitely recommend if you cannot make it all the way to Aveiro for the original Ovos.

Cozy casa, offers a selection of the finest Portuguese handmade sweets, which are not cheap but definitely worth the money! The coffee is good and cheap, I'd suggest you to order a Galao for 2€. There are no price tags, so you may ask for a price before you buy it.
