Casa Fantasia

Awesome place in cool neighborhood a block from the beach. We stayed in this hotel over the winter holidays and LOVED it! The staff is really friendly and helpful, the location is great, and the place is really charming. It's a block from a nice beach and a little further north (< 5 min walk) is the Malecon. The closest beach has restaurants, but if you keep walking south, you'll get to some stone steps that take you into successive more private coves. Much quieter and calmer. Rick helped us with everything we needed and helped us figure out how to navigate around town on the city bus! The food in the restaurant was good, wifi worked reliably well, and our room was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I picked Casa Fantasia due to its great location in the romantic zone and other good reviews. We have been thoroughly impressed by the great breakfasts, amazing location, and friendliness of all of the staff. Our room was tastefully decorated in a traditional style, with a comfortable couch and good bedding. Everything works great, and there are plenty of public areas to lounge at when you aren't out wandering town. Note: there is noise. It's an urban area with lots of deliveries and people going by overnight. Not a problem for us, but some people might want some white noise on their phones to cover it up.

I have been vacationing in Puerto Vallarta at Casa Fantasia for the past 5 years. I have never received anything but the best service. Yes, there are 3 keys to the front doors but, a small inconvenience for the security it brought. I felt safe at all times and the staff has always been top notch especially from Jorge.

Wonderful garden setting. Strong drinks. Good food moderately priced. Attentive service. Free WiFi. Complimentary soup and aperitif.

They didn't have ceviche ok the menu but that didn't stop them from making it for me. It was impressively delicious!

Great location and delightful staff. Included breakfast will set you for the day. Parking tight. Safe area.

Nice rooms for this price range in PV. Beds are more comfortable than most.
