Hannah Formentera

Just returned home from a stay in this hotel for my friend's big birthday celebration in Oct 2025. I had a 4 night stay, with breakfast included. The rooms are impeccable, understated but very cool, the beds are so comfortable with top class linens. The bathroom and shower were 10/10, stocked with anything you may have forgotten. The over all decor in the hotel and rooms is absolutely flawless. The most stunning part of the rooms is the view, you can sit on your balcony and watch beautiful sunsets every evening. The service was also a 10/10, Maria and each of the staff were amazing, made us feel so welcome and just couldn't do enough for us. |Breakfast each morning was excellent, served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Fresh pastries, homemade granola, home made jam, eggs, pancakes, a choice of fresh juices. I also had lunch there 1 day and dinner on 2 evenings, again 10/10 for food and service. |I really didn't want to leave and can't wait to visit again next year.

The location of the hotel and its restaurant is outstanding, but everything else falls shockingly short. The décor lacks any sense of taste, and the prices are outrageously high for the quality of the food, the rooms, and the overall experience. The only good thing about this place is the staff, who do their best despite the circumstances. They are polite, hardworking, and clearly the ones keeping the business afloat. What truly shocked me was hearing how the management speaks to their employees. The owners and certain managers treat the staff with disrespect, intimidation, and a complete lack of professionalism. Listening to how they were spoken to while I was eating was unacceptable. It’s heartbreaking that such a beautiful location is run by people who behave in such an abusive and unethical way. This place could be wonderful, but under the current leadership, it feels more like a corrupt operation than a hotel.

We spent the most amazing weekend at Hannah Formentera celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday, and everything was simply perfect. The staff were absolutely wonderful — so welcoming, attentive, and kind. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast, which was one of the best we’ve ever had. And the view… truly magnificent! The whole atmosphere of the place is relaxed and elegant, making it the perfect spot to unwind and celebrate special moments. Thank you to everyone at Hannah Formentera for making our stay unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back!

Extraordinary start to finish. Ferry pickup was seamless as was the attention to every detail. Breakfast was delicious and swimming on the beach to the buoy was a daily highlight. I stayed in Valeria which has a lovely view and super comfortable bed and bathroom. This place is the epitome of casual elegance

What a magical place!!! The location, the rooms, the food, the drinks everything was just perfection!! We stayed there as a large group and the staff could not have been more accommodating to every need that was asked, so patient, extremely friendly, everything you would expect and hope from such a gorgeous hotel! LOVE HANNAH!!!

We would like to express our thanks for a fabulous lunch at Hannah Formentera yesterday. Several features came together in harmony to make the experience memorable.|These included the extensive and well assembled wine list, the two bottles we enjoyed, one from Vasco and one from Rioja were contrasting and both delicious. The kitchen presented the lunch which excited us on the palate and also intellectually. The staff performed with the perfect balance of efficient, professional anttitude and fun to be around. Thank you so much Sarah for arranging the discreet table for me to enjoy my Cuban cigar!|Finally the ambiance and the privilege of sharing in Sr Augustin’s special celebration and dancing was truly memorable fun!|Hope to see you again soon, heading off now to Ibiza and Jondal, but maybe we come and stay at Hannah next week for a couple of days.|Sultan and Sultana Al Willsalem of Fassum!

The staff, the location, the rooms, cleanliness all top quality. Staff are exceptionally friendly, with a genuine smile and helpful. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended. Well done Hannah team you´re doing a great job!
