*late review* 02/21/26 We came here Saturday night around 6 PM and were seated at a small table near the bar. It felt uncomfortable because it seemed like we were “in the way.” We asked the host if we could move to another table, but she said no and told us it was the only table available unless we wanted to sit at the bar. I’ve been to many restaurants before, and usually when you request another table, they at least ask if you’re willing to wait for the next available one. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. The host simply said no. She could definitely work on her customer service skills because interactions like that can reflect poorly on the business. Fortunately, I asked our server, Jildardo, if it was possible to move to another table. He kindly helped us and said we just needed to wait about 10 minutes. This was my second time visiting, and I ordered the same dish I had the first time. The food was better during my first visit, (the shrimp with plantain did not disappoint though) and overall the atmosphere and service were still great. 👍

Luis is their awesome bartender, y Franco is a super hospitable manager who greeted us as soon as we walked in. The food is as good as their drinks. We had the roasted octopus appetizer which was decadent and flavorful. Plus the Ropa Vieja is saucy and the beef Latin Nachos were savory. 5/5 flavor and portions. Community friendly 🙏

Wasn't a fan of the Lobster Ravioli but the manager was nice and let me switch meals at no extra cost. The Pernil I choose was amazing. The drinks were A+++

Nice dining option in the Ridge Hill area that specializes in Latin fusion cuisine. The food was good on all counts and the service was prompt and attentive. I enjoyed the coconut shrimp appetizer very much as well as the Cuban sandwich. The drinks were well made and all in all, for what we got, it wasn’t too hard on my wallet. Would definitely revisit.

01/14/2026 - Very relaxing...drinks and food are excellent. On this visiting had the chicharones (sp) de pollo and a drink whose name ends with "Bonita" (sorry I don't remember full name), but both food and drink were great! Also sorry for half empty plate and drink! Portions were great and on happy-hour menu.

I Enjoy coming here to casa fuego , the environment is live the bartenders are Amazing especially Carolina . The happy hour food included chicken quesadillas which were delicious and the Isla Bonita is delicious,her drinks are delicious.

I had an amazing experience at Casa Fuego in Yonkers! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was truly exceptional — the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. They checked on us regularly without being overbearing and made sure everything was perfect. It’s not often you find a place where the service stands out this much. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Casa Fuego to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

So happy I finally decided to give Casa Fuego a try. I had no idea how big the restaurant is. I took a look at the menu several times but didn't find many photos so I have always been a bit hesitant to give them a try. We went in during happy hour and sat at the bar. The restaurant was pretty empty so I was able to take several photos/videos. We decided to order a bunch of small items/appetizers since we had no idea what we actually wanted and I'm so happy we did that. HAPPY HOUR ITEMS: The Sangria was great we got several drinks and even took 2 to go. We ordered the Chicken empanadas and the Chicharrones de pollo both were really good. The empanadas were filled with chicken and the chicharrones de pollo was a great sharable option. MENU ITEMS: BEEF MOFONGUITOS: So happy we went with the beef the beef was cooked perfectly FILET MIGNON TACOS: We weren't sure about these at first but this was my favorite item. The steak was super flavorful. I cant wait to have these again. CAESAR SALAD: Great addition to our meal. We added chicken to the salad which came on the side. Overall the restaurant is beautiful. Great date night restaurant. The food was amazing. I can't wait to try everything else.

I usually find myself at my go to spot, Yardhouse, when visiting Ridgehill Mall, but this time I decided to try something new, Casa Fuego, right across the way. I'm so glad I did. From the moment I stepped inside, the aesthetic transported me to a tropical retreat. The high ceilings, stylish finishes, and massive wood fire oven set the tone for a warm, elevated dining experience. It's clear that a lot of attention went into both the design and the menu. The service was attentive and not overwhelming. I started with a craft cocktail that was perfectly balanced and expertly made. I ordered the empanadas for a snack and they were made with buttery puff pastry. The meat was so flavorful and they were also pretty big. For my main course, I ordered the Bronzino, which was impressively large (2lbs +) and served with a fresh, vibrant salad. I also added a side of rice and tostones which were both were delicious. The Bronzino itself was a standout, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Absolutely flavorful and beautifully cooked. Though I was full, the menu had me wishing I had room for more. I can't wait to come back and explore more dishes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food, an upscale atmosphere, and a menu that brings the fire, literally and figuratively.

As an AAU mom, traveling for games often means finding a good spot to eat afterward--and this weekend, brunch at Casa Fuego hit the mark perfectly. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The hostess greeted us warmly, our waitress was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The food was equally impressive. The 2-pound branzino was fresh and flavorful, the filet mignon was incredibly tender and juicy, and the ravioli delivered both in taste and portion size. And let's talk about the sangria--we ordered a pitcher, and it was just right for the three of us. Refreshing, fruity, and perfectly balanced. The ambiance added to the experience with cozy booth seating and a charming decorative fireplace that instantly catches your eye. If you're in the Yonkers area, definitely make a stop at Casa Fuego--and take a stroll through the nearby mall while you're at it. You won't be disappointed.

Came here on a Sunday night and was seated immediately. Restaurant was very well decorated and the vibe was modern, cool but also intimate. Staff and management was very friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were alright as the burger i had lacked seasoning and sauce, the drinks we got (pina colada & Miami vice) were kinda heavy with the coconut cream so it made it hard to drink throughout the meal. The chicken sandwich & filet mignon tacos were great though! Located in the ridge hill mall so give it a try if you're in the area :)

Reason for a 4 rate is because this was our 3rd time here. 1st time at the bar,and I sat and watched the bartender staff. I was disappointed that the bartender used their bare hands to pick the garnish and put in the drinks. I guess they haven't watched Bar Rescue lol. One bartender actually picked up a black olive ate it, then licked his fingers and went for seconds. As for the food our chicarrones were cold. The Jumbo were hot and tasty. They had no Barcardi so gave us house rum which I found not bad. The ambiance was great, music was great.

My friend and I came here after watching a movie at the nearby theater. It was almost closing time, but we felt welcomed and not rushed. We were seated in comfortable booth seating. The interior was spacious, grown up, and lovely. There was clubby music playing by the bar, but we were far enough away from it, so it didn't interfere with our conversation. We shared the Lamb Chops and Argentinian Parrilla. The Lamb Chops came with warm bread. Lamb Chops were delightfully tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The Argentinian Parrilla consisted of Skirt Steak, Chorizo, Pork Sausage, Chicken, grilled vegetables, along with chimichurri sauce. All the meats were perfectly cooked and prepared, as well as dill of bold flavor. I particularly enjoyed the Steak and Chorizo. Service was pretty good. Our waitress was nice and everything came out in a timely manner. Prices were a little expensive, but I would consider returning if I'm in the area to try the Ropa Vieja or Pork Chop.

I visited this establishment after one of my son's basketball games. The ambiance of the restaurant is very appealing. The service was great and the food was delicious.

Came here on a random weekend without any reservations and had plenty of space. This restaurant is located in the Ridge Hill mall and it's very convenient to get to and a great place to eat after doing some shopping. Our server was very nice and helpful, and the restaurant space was comfortable and spacious. The food was pretty good, your standard Mexican. We got the ceviche, but no fish in there, and also got the guac, and a churizo pizza. Everything was pretty good, the pizza was on the saltier side, overall pretty standard place. Would be a place to visit if you are at the Ridge Hill mall.

When this first place open, Janet was the manager. I was running good then staff was changed around. I loved going here now. We get super crowded at happy hour. Fridays am allergic to vodka. The Bar Tender did not wash out her glass to shaker I had an allergic reaction. She must've had vodka in it when I asked her if she was kind of rude management did count my whole. Meal allergies are a real thing. I feel like they need more bartenders at happy hour so they're not as stressed. Would love to go back and give them a better review. The empanadas are delicious. The bread is delicious. The drinks have to be worked on.

Best place to eat at the Ridge Hill Mall. The service is great and the atmosphere is mature and gets you in the mood for latin food. The barbecue ribs on the Tapas menu are a must get! The portion size for just 2 ribs is 2 gigantic ribs. They are fall off the bone tender and the sauce is perfectly balanced. The Fried Chicken Sandwich is also amazing. The chicken was still light and tender while still being crispy. It is not heavy and greasy like a fast food chicken sandwich. The jicama slaw, avocado, and arugula compliment sandwich. The lamb chop was also delicious but a smaller portion and not as impressive as the ribs. The food is high quality and no shortcuts are taken. Go here instead of cheesecake and you will be pleasantly surprised!

The restaurant is beautiful, very welcoming! Our server Josue was extremely friendly and helpful. Good advice on the appetizer and drinks. The food was great, and I look forward to coming back with my family.

Food was delicious!! Not too salty which was my favorite part! Tasty but just enough! We walked in 15 minutes before the kitchen closed and they still served us. Waitress was great. Really nice setting just a little too dark. It was hard to read the menu but overall it was amazing and I would definitely go back! Pernil great, guacamole great and empanadas delicious!

Stopped by on a Thursday for ladies night and it did not disappoint. Cool vibes, good drinks, dope bartenders and delicious food. Pizza was three y's, cheesy, saucy and yummy. Beef Empanadas were also fresh and tasty. Mango habanero wings were cooked just right. Would definitely return.

Sooo...I was at the Ridge Hill mall picking up something from the Apple Store so I figured I'd stay and see what's happening. What's new that I can stay for a little dinner this was a solo dinner by the way. It was a Friday evening After a long day at work I noticed they still had happy hour. I sat at the bar. They took forever to even give me a menu. The girl next to me still had a menu so she shared it with me, I started looking at it waiting for someone to take my order I probably sat there for about 10 minutes before someone came to ask for my order. finally ordered it took about another 7-10 minutes to get my drink when she got my drink. I ordered my appetizer off the happy hour menu when my drink arrived. I didn't even get like a napkin or anything. It was just like here. one of the assistants or cleaner not sure was near so I asked her for a glass of ice and some napkins so that I could get my stuff and a straw cause I don't like to drink straight out the cups or glass. The girl said OK then she walked away. looks like she told one of the old one of the bartenders and I waited another 3-4 minutes for the napkins and the the straw in the ice. Pretty much overall, they were slow. I felt service wasn't the best they weren't attentive. I was kind of regretting being at the bar cause I didn't even get a drink from the happy hour menu and just wondering if I had a table would've service been better. Overall might return but not do the bar/happy hour to compare. Not sure though.

HORRIBLE. We came here with my baby (on a rainy day) and it was a huge fail! It states online that this place opens at 1PM ON MONDAYS!! We arrived a little after that and it was closed. A Casa Fuego employee came to the window and put four fingers up... I was confused and asked if they were opening in four more minutes? Then, he opened the door said that they open at 4 PM. The sign outside even shows that the happy hour starts at 1 PM- HOW? If they supposedly do not open until 4 PM? Update your time online and on the sign/menu outside and stop wasting people's time! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! This was not my first time here... unfortunately it will be my last.

Decided to try this place for Saturday brunch and it was really good. We didn't have reservations but we were seated right away. It's a nice spacious place with good music. For the table we order the Latin Nachos with chicken and they were so good, instead of chips it had plantain chips. Since it was brunch, I decided to do the bottomless drink which includes mimosa or sangria (red or tropical) for $25. I ordered the tropical sangria and it was perfect for a hot day. Really good and refreshing. For main dish I ordered the pancakes and also the Cuban sandwich. Both dishes did not disappoint, food was fresh and delicious. Service was great, manager made sure to walk around and make sure that everyone was and our waitress was awesome. Our server Olga was super nice and was very patient with us, happy to help. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

I went Friday night . The service was terrible I sat at the bar and it took them about 15 minutes to greet me. Then I asked for a drink and an appetizer she gave me my margarita with no straw proceeds to tell me she's waiting for them then forgets about me. The straws were at the bar the whole time. Every time I asked for something bartender gave a attitude Like she didn't feel like serving me and my friend. This was my first and last time coming there horrible experience.

Most recent dining there (Sunday afternoon, Cinco De Maya), food took considerably long to come out. Other tables also had issues getting food delivered in timely manner.

We went for my birthday, everything was ok, until we order the filets tacos the meat had too much fat, unable to eat.. not edible! The pinto beans had no flavor, needed cilantro & Ham hock. The waiters were great!

My boyfriend and I stopped by here while in the Ridgehill Mall, and we had a good experience until my boyfriend's entree came. That is where my review went from 5 stars to 3. I ordered the Lobster ravioli and shrimp mofonguitos and it was delicious. However, my boyfriend ordered the pernil platter, which was extremely salty. He had a hard time trying to eat it and couldn't. I had a taste, and it was very salty. We told the waitress, and not once did she offer to give us a solution to him not being able to finish his meal. Not even an offer to replace it with something else or take it off our bill. We were highly disappointed and im not sure I'd come back. The service was extremely disappointing.

I was very disappointed with my visit today. Came early before the rush. My entree came before my drink and before my appetizers. There were no utensils on the table had to get it from another table because the wait for my waiter was too long between his visits. The fries were hard as rocks and not fresh at all. They provided a second batch that were better in color but completely cold. How do you mess French fries. I believe they were under staffed I barely saw my waiter and the experience wasn't it today..

I went to pick up an order and their was a missing item. Went back a young lady helped me. And then the owner came to me. There are certain misunderstanding and cultural injustices that I witness, that I did not appreciate. Not everyone likes to be touched. But the owner proceeded to come around the counter and touch me without permission and put his hands on my shoulder calling me sweetie. It may be cool in certain cultures and in mine it's not. I find it to be demeaning, undermining, and offensive to not be considered of a woman and a p.o.c. People show their ignorance through their actions and think its ok. Well it's not. And it needs to be said. Im not your sweetie. And my body. Dont touch me. He also offered a drink and didn't have it in a can just gave it with the straw already uncovered. I threw it out. I'm never going back there again.

I have placed on-line orders as well as eaten at the restaurant and both experiences have been very positive. The wait staff could not have been nicer and more attentive. The food was delicious and the manager is very good at making sure you are taken care of. I appreciate that the music isn't loud and you can actually hold a conversation.

A friends and I had a mom's night out here and it was a little bit underwhelming. Firstly, we got there and we were impressed by the interior; it was large and it looked very nice. Then we sat down and we started looking at the menu and options seemed a little limited and prices a little high. Some of the dishes that initially caught my attention were no longer on the menu. That was a little bit disappointing and then when we finally ended up ordering a few appetizers and an entrée and everything was just a little bit underwhelming. We tried the oysters, the beet salad, the roasted cauliflower and the branzino. We barely touched the branzino. Also, a tip, it is very loud in there. Although the music they were playing was good and I enjoyed it, it was hard to have conversations.

Nice chill vibes and great music! Spacious location, with a nice variation of groups of people. The food is always hot and tasty. I am a personal fan of the bread they serve, which they make in house. Consider myself a regular here so a special shout out to Luis and Amanda. They are extremely attentive to details and will ensure you and your guest will have a well deserved time. You should stop by and enjoy.

I ordered the grilled octopus for an appetizer and got a plate of potatoes & tomatoes. Not worth the $21. My entree was the shrimp & mofongo. The mofongo was on the dry side and for dessert I tried the flan which was very good but was served with cheap plastic spoons that bent when trying to eat it. I had my server bring metal spoons which should've been done in the first place. I felt this was very tacky to say the least. They had big screen tvs and play nice music and didn't rush the service.

Absolutely disgusting food. Terrible service. Found baby roaches in my ceviche... Crawling, live roaches in my overpriced Ceviche! Unfortunately, I made the discovery after I already tried the dish... What I did try was terrible. The Calamari was like rubber tires. The pieces of fish were way to big to scoop from the plantains. And they give you four little plantain chips for a huge bowl of Ceviche... For the cost of the dish, there should be a separate Bowl of chips...I've had Ceviche all over the world and this was the worst I have ever tried in my life. I couldn't really continue my meal after this since I did not trust the cook or the kitchen's cleanliness. The other appetizer I tried before being completely turned off by the bug discovery was the steak pinchos. Again I was disappointed... The pieces of steak were overcooked, dry and tough... No flavor. No effort to make this dish good. Some pieces had a bit too much of a sear and others pieces looked like they were boiled, kind of grey without any type of sear at all.... So, it was obviously cooked completely uneven. I can cook steak better than this myself at home. The Chimichurri sauce that came with the dish, which I usually love, was bland and did not help the meat at all. So disappointing.\ For a drink, I tried the Peach Caipirinha. I've had Caipirinha's before in Central and South America and sometimes you can find them in the US at Latin inspired restaurants. This one sucked. The alcohol was totally overbearing, the peach was non-existent and it was just was not a well made drink. Yet, the price reflected an expertly crafted cocktail... I only complained about the Ceviche. The manager was snarky and not very helpful. He took it off of my bill but, a good manager would have done more... We are talking about roaches IN OUR FOOD!! The manager is a smug idiot who shouldn't be running a restaurant or dealing with people. I don't mind expensive dinners if I am getting food made with love and care that is of excellent quality. This is not that place. Not even close. I would have been happier going to Mcdonalds. Please don't waste your time or money with this restaurant's overpriced food that I wouldn't even feed my dog...

This was the first time at Casa Fuego. Loved the decor and vibes. The music had us dancing in our seats. Went with a friend for happy hour, sat at the bar. The booths did look comfy.The bartender was friendly and attentive. The "Playita Tini" was delicious and strong, it hit the spot. We shared the Sweet chili wings, coconut shrimps and the Del Mar seafood pizza. Everything was good especially the pizza which was delicious and it was good size for sharing. I would go back just for that pizza. I will definitely go back n try some different things on the menu. Great place!

I came here with a friend for drinks and absolutely loved the Latin vibe. It was super chic, the music was amazing (had us dancing in our seats) and everyone was super friendly. The restaurant was dark with most of the lighting coming from the fixtures/candles in the bar so perfect for a romantic date!! Since my friend and I just popped in for drinks, we sat at the bar and had an appetizer which was really good. We also got complementary bread which was super sweet. They have a big range of food selection and drinks which I can't wait to try! I will be coming again! Highly recommend.

I must say this was one of the most amazing experiences in a long time the food, the service the ambience everything was amazing Franco the manager was excellent everyone make sure that we were well taken care of even with a full house. The ambiance is beautiful. The décor is chic and fabulous. Beautiful bar. Light fixtures were nice. Lovely plants, just modern, chic. However, It took a while for us to get seated, and we got there earlier than our reservation. Most of the food we had was bland. I had the mushroom tortellini, and I was really looking forward to eating it. It looked good, It smelt good, but when I tasted it, I was completely disappointed. There was absolutely no flavor except for the flavor of the mushrooms. There was no seasoning at all. I couldn't finish it. I took it home and added seasoning, and that's how it was able to finish it. That wasn't the only thing that didn't have flavor. I tried the onion rings and they looked so good, but they were not seasoned at all. Fries weren't seasoned well either. There were other dishes that others complained of, saying they were bland. The only thing that I kind of enjoyed was the plantain nachos with guacamole, and it wasn't even what I ordered. Most of the food was a big letdown. I hope that they just had an off day. Proceed with caution.

First time here this past weekend! The place was packed. After waiting a 10-15 minutes, we were told there was high seats available. So we took that. The seating area was a little close together but still comfortable. We ordered the brunch special, 2 x steak & eggs. It came with breakfast potatoes which I'm usually not a fan of but these potatoes were fresh & seasoned well. Potatoes even had a little crisp at the ends. Very good! I had ordered my eggs scrambled hard with American cheese. They didn't add the cheese. Steak was well done, seasoned very well. Definitely would recommend. The drink were good as well. Ordered the Fresca Paloma and it was so refreshing. He ordered the LI ice tea and was very pleased. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Had high hopes for this place. Have been a few times and the last two times we were there the wait for our meals were extremely long. The most recent visit, we ordered their wood fire pizza. Another guy walks in 20min later and orders the same thing and gets what should have been our pizza which would have been fine had the wait for the next pizza would not have been almost another 20 min. By the time they were ready to bring it out only after we said we didn't want it anymore, we were done with our drinks. Ended up going somewhere else and getting served right away

I understand everyone had their own experience while they dined in this restaurant, but for me, I'm honestly confused why they are saying these things. I was just there today and felt like I have to defend this place, the food was OMG delicious! The drinks were amazing! Granted my daughters food got there a bit later then all the rest, but I'm not hating, accidents happen and they more then made up for it. The service was impeccable and the staff kept coming up to our table asking us if we needed anything else, btw I had the grilled octopus, muah! Chefs kiss! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection! And the mushroom tortellini OMG it's to die for especially if u love truffle!!! I live in queens and it a bit of a drive for me, but I bet u dollars to donuts I WILL BE BACK!

This is not the first Latin restaurant in this location. Perhaps it is cursed. The atmosphere is dark and mellow however the music was ridiculously loud. The food prices were not inline with the caliber of cooking. Any Latin restaurant that serves beans this poorly and undercooked should be looking for a new chef. Just awful. The appetizers were tasty and well prepared the exception being using Thai sauce. Why???You're a Latin restaurant. It tasted frankly from a bottle. Too weak for that type of cuisine.

Had such a great experience here, I wish I could give it 15 stars! Food and drinks for us were top notch. The calamari appetizer was very tender, a generous portion, and topped with a delicious sweet chili sauce. I had the chicken tajin and my husband had the mango salad with grilled chicken. Both were excellent. The drinks were incredible and expertly concocted. The ambiance.. I felt like I was in Miami, not Yonkers! Music is loud but tons of fun and not too loud to carry conversations. Service was friendly and attentive.

Let me start by saying the place is amazing. love the overall vibe here at Casa Fuego great for any occasion. To start my girlfriend and I ordered the housemade empanadas we chose the chicken option it was so flavorful, and the cilantro aioli was a perfect match for the dish. For our drinks, My GF ordered the Fresa Paloma And I ordered the coco loco mojito. I recommend these drinks big time. Now for our entrée, my GF ordered Mofongo & Camarones and I ordered the Pernil. These dishes were flavorful. probably the best I had around Yonkers in my opinion. And now for our dessert, we ordered the Tres leches cake. It was just "ok" in my opinion. It tasted icy if I was to say maybe being In the fridge for too long??? Other than that This place was amazing.... Must try if you haven't been yet. Oh sorry, I forgot to mention the service here. The service was amazing the staff was very friendly and welcoming Franco waited on us he was the best. Great job to all who work there keep it up.

First I'd like to say the ambiance here is everything. There isn't many places in the area that I'd say looks modern and trendy like Casa Fuego so Im excited to have something like this in the area. The staff was super nice and friendly - especially the bartender (we sat at the bar). We stopped by for happy hour and tried a bunch of stuff. I'll say the cocktail I got (playita tini) was very yummy and I'm not a fan of sweet drinks but I really liked this one. The food is solid - not necessarily out of this world but good. The beef Empanadas were my fav. The onion rings were nice and crunchy but too oily for my preference. The woodfire pizza is much larger than I anticipated (not complaining) - we got the Chorizo one, we liked it only thing I'd change is a little more sauce but yummy regardless. Last thing we got was the chicken chicharrón - it was like chicken nuggets/bites, no real chicharrón resemblance - i think they were just tryna do a play on words. We also tried their house hot sauce - this was so good I wish I could buy it lol Anyway look forward to trying items from their regular menu and coming by when there's a DJ night!

The worst experience I ever have !! I am not bragging honesty in my entire life this is the first time I am writing a review! Sorry casa fuego but the wait was one hour for one salad, burger and something else. The worsts French fries I don't know if they where gums or fries they re refried it over fried not don't want to describe more !! Save your time go to a better one !!
