Casa Glebinias - Hotel Jardín

Excellent stay at Casa Glebinias, we loved it. Our room was comfortable and a generous size, and we embraced the unique fixtures and amenities that set it apart from a corporate, chain hotel.The grounds are exceptional, with lush gardens and a beautiful pool. The main house, where we took breakfast and dinner, is light-filled and charming. Speaking of meals in the main house...dinner was a treat. The friendly and talented chef prepared and served us our meals, which we thoroughly enjoyed. There were also snacks and cocktails available every afternoon, but we were out enjoying the sites in greater Mendoza each day so we didn't have a chance to sample them. Breakfast was generous and yummy, especially the rich and decadent homemade yogurt. We asked for breakfast in our room on two mornings because we were leaving early, and the staff prepared a lovely tray of food for us to bring back to our room the night before. Service like this is was really sets Casa Glebinias apart. I cannot speak highly enough of the extraordinary service that is provided by the kind, helpful, friendly staff at Casa Glebinias. If you stay here (and you should definitely stay here!) be sure to ask for help with your excursions, reservations, and recommendations, you won't be disappointed.

An incredibly beautiful boutique hotel right outside of the main areas of Chacras de Coria. We had a lovely stay, where we spent several hours between wineries out by the pool just taking in the scenery. The room we had was quirky and had so much more charm than you would see in standard chain hotel room. Everything was clean, comfy, and relaxing. ||As others have noted, the chefs do any amazing job here. I especially loved the interesting vegan options offered at dinner time. The cashew cheese paired with tomatoes and gazpacho was a particularly yummy bite after a long day of heavy red wines and red meats!!||I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a neat part of Mendoza!

Absolutely amazing stay at Casa Glebinias. The setting is magical, beautiful gardens, quaint rooms and perfect service. Home cooked breakfast was delicious with locally sourced ingredients. |Federica at the front desk was exceptional- she helped with local recommendations and transportation as well as an intro to the area. |Location is perfect to visit all the main wine producers. Will definitely come back!

We visited Casa Glebinias for a family holiday in December. The property is beautiful, with lush gardens and a pool that we very much enjoyed in the summer heat. The breakfast was good and plentiful, as were meals and snacks. The room was clean and spacious, with all amenities. The staff, in particular Francesca at the front desk, were extremely accommodating and helpful with information, winery reservations, and assistance. Would highly recommend and will return.

Highly recommend!||Cosy cottages and serene garden with a pool. The casa is located in the perfect location to go on wine tours and day tours in the region. The staff was very communicative and incredibly helpful to help me book a last-minute day tour with a local company. They were also very accommodative for the breakfast start time - and it was delicious!||You could see the attention to details and care from all members of the staff, from the front desk to the kitchen. ||Thank you again!!

Casa Glebinias was the perfect haven to explore the Mendoza wine area. Gardens are gorgeous. The food and wine are both excellent - the chef was outstanding. And as for the welcome…Guiliana and Romina were so helpful, no problem was beyond them! |Thank you for a fantastic stay. We didn’t want to leave 😘

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Glebinias. First and foremost, the staff were incredible. Juliana and Romi dropped whatever they were doing to answer questions and provide assistance. Christian is an excellent chef. I was surprised at such a large menu for a small boutique hotel/cottage. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet was large and really delicious. The wine cellar was quaint and we enjoyed several bottles. The room was very comfortable and the gardens were amazing. The grounds were extremely well cared for. Overall, the beautiful idyllic setting and the fantastic staff made for an unforgettable stay. Thank you all!!!

Truly an experience unlike any other. This is the perfect place to stay in for a day or two and then explore all of the local wineries. The staff is EXTREMELY responsive and helped with everything we needed including: birthday plans, dietary restrictions, and bike rentals. ||If you’re looking for a tranquil escape, I highly recommend!!
