This restaurant came highly recommended by a local—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Right on the money, quite literally, at just 110 dirhams.
It’s a lovely, traditional Moroccan eatery spread over two floors, with a warm and authentic atmosphere. I ordered the meat tagine, and it was easily the best I’ve had. The meat was perfectly succulent, complemented by caramelised onions and prunes that added a beautiful balance of tangy and sweet—true yin and yang flavours done right.
As is customary, we were served complimentary olives and fresh bread, which were a welcome start. To drink, I chose a freshly squeezed orange juice, which was vibrant and refreshing.
Excellent value for money, fantastic food, and super service from Amee. A great place all around and one I’d happily return to.
