This hotel was better than anything I imagined I could ever stay in. It is gorgeous beyond any phot can capture. The staff are so friendly, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you come to the blue city. The location of the hotel is also perfect and close to everything. The hotel restaurant is also wonderful and delicious!!

The hotel is located in the lower part of the Medina, but to get there, you have to leave your car far away and require porters to carry your luggage, which you have to pay with a tip. The room we had was large, but the bathroom was small, and the toilet was moving. There were many stairs. Breakfast was acceptable but could be much improved. On the day of our departure we had to shower with cold water because they ran out of hot water. We would like to highlight the quality of the restaurant and the staff in general.

We stayed at their hotel called Riad Cherifa and were asked to go to their restaurant called casa Hassan, it is sad because we are vegetarian and there was jothing for us to be offered. We had the soup and requested for rice and it was not available. The waiter did not want to make our experience fabulous. I have fish and unfortunately even my fish was hard and either no flavor. Been to many restaurants in the world but food wise I have had terrible experience. Just needed to let the owners know to care about oeople who are vegetarians.

We had an excellent stay at this cosy Riad which has a great location in Chefchaouen, a 2 minute walk from the main square.|The staff were attentive and welcoming and we particularly enjoyed chatting to 'Cole Palmer' and 'Erling Haaland' who were great fun!|Our room was beautifully presented, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of hot water and we had no issues with the wifi!

Great place to spend your visit in Chefchaouen. This hotel provides a unique setting and atmosphere. Breakfast could be improved but it's not bad. It gets you started. Overall the experience here is quite nice.

Delightful place to stay. Welcomed with a cup of tea and snacks. Comfortable room that included a kettle. Bathroom was servicable with limited toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in the Medina with plenty of cafes and restaurants close by.

Our accommodation was booked by our tour operator in Canada , we were a bit concerned when we read some of the reviews. Our room is very clean for the most part except the carpet was stained . looks like the bathroom was renovated recently. We are in rm 29 in the adjoining building. The staff are lovely and helpful. I would say it’s more of a 3 star . Breakfast is huge . The breakfast area did smell of cat urine? I do recommend this small hotel . Only neg no in rm safe or fridge . Hallways a tad noisy but quiet otherwise

We went there for dinner and I totally recommend it! Beautiful environment, great food and nice service. The only downside it's the no option to pay by card, but quite common in Chefchaouen.
