Casa Hostal Innata Patagonia

I don’t generally stay in anything labeled hostel but getting a hotel in Puenta Arenas a year ahead proved difficult. We stayed here 1 of our 2 nights. It’s not the Cabo de Hornas where we stayed night 2 but it was very, very comfortable. I liked the security system. The hostel is located only a few blocks from the main square. The very best part was the gentleman who checked us in and went out of his way to help us. Recommended the restaurant behind the building, La Marmita, and it was outstanding! We went twice!

The rooms are well equipped with enough to prepare and cook a simple enough meal. Supermarket just across the road. Double bed is big! And it's comfortable. Staff are very willing and able to help. Great parking for a few vehicles, behind an automatic gate. Be prepared to move vehicles around as it is limited in access and spaces. Perfect for our motorcycles. Just off the beaten track means it is quiet but still everything is really accessible. Highly recommended.

We loved that the casa has all the things (microwave, etc) we needed and all the staffs are very helpful, such as pointing to us the fruit sellers, taking care of laundry, and contacting our tour company when the pick up car didn’t show up. We very much recommend this well-run casa. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely worth the price, the rooms are big, the WiFi is fast, and the showers are exquisite. But what really makes this place worth it is the service. Both Brian and Pablo working the front desk made us feel so welcome, answered all of our questions, and gave us really good suggestions. I mentioned i had dietary restrictions / am vegan in my booking comments and they went above and beyond to get me something to eat for breakfast. I see that this hostal has another location and the level of service here makes us want to come back to the other location because we know we will have a great time. Thank you Brian and Pablo!

I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast on both ends of my exp to Antarctica. It is owned but a husband and wife couple who could not be nicer and more hospitable. Any request I had was received with a smile and fulfilled above and beyond my requests. The rooms are spacious and have small kitchens. I cannot recommend this place higher! For the price and the hospitality…. It doesn’t get any better. You will not receive such a personal experience in a large hotel. The morning breakfasts were Excellent, and again the service…. Was second to none! Highly recommend! And I have traveled the world for many years and stayed in hundreds of places. This one is top notch and in a good location as well.

Very cozy room and friendly staff. We stayed there twice on our way to and back from Torres del Paine. The staff were super friendly and have gone beyond every detail to make out stay easy and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning made us feel like home. Highly recommend it.

The location is excellent and close to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the bus to Puerto Natales. The rooms are quaint, warm, clean, and stocked with toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and full of local offerings. And the best part was the staff. They are friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. We liked our stay and the value so much that we booked a room for a return night to Punta Arenas which the staff was happy to assist us with. They even ensured we could check in after our late night arrival to town. I would 100% stay here again.

Excellent stay at Innata Casa. Juan Patricio, Brian and entire staff are warm and welcoming. The accommodations are well appointed and modern. Breakfast was delicious and the morning staff was cheerful and patient. Location was perfect for restaurants, museums and groceries. Punta Arenas was an experience we will cherish forever. Muchas gracias Innata Casa and all the people of Punta Arenas!
