CASA HOYOS

This hotel is so stunning and the people who run it are even sweeter. They arranged our transport from Mexico City and it was smooth, easy, and our driver was lovely. We had a small issue when we arrived and Enrique took incredible care of us and made sure we were taken care of. Omar was also so so sweet. Their hospitality and kindness is unmatched. Thank you, Enrique!

This hotel is so wonderful, the design is so cool, the rooms are really comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is delicious! The location is so ideal, a short walk to anything you want to see in the city center. I highly recommend staying here

As an American traveler, I must say my stay at Casa Hoyos was exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, I felt a sense of welcoming and warmth that truly made my trip memorable. The staff here is nothing short of amazing; their hospitality and attention to detail are unparalleled.||The rooms are spacious, super cute, and impeccably clean. Water pressure wasn’t great unfortunately, but to be expected in historic Mexico. The rooftop bar was very convenient, and the bar staff was fantastic. ||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Miguel. Thank you to the incredible staff for making my stay truly unforgettable. I look forward to returning!

The service provided by staff was stellar. From booking help, to the private shuttle, to the accommodating check-in time when we arrived from our red eye, to our check out time late afternoon, everything was top notch. We loved the design and style of the hotel and decor. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfectly fluffy. Cleaning staff was wonderful and brought fresh soft towels daily. The shower/tub combo was a nice touch and we even had a full length mirror in the bathroom. A safe with easy to set combo was provided and an efficient wall a/c unit kept us comfortable. The rooftop bar was quaint with attractive seating options and a great view of the city. We enjoyed the lounge during our down time and appreciate the glass ceiling allowing natural light in. The hotel is located in an area that allowed for restful nights, and overall a relaxing tranquil experience. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We happened to stop in for a drink at the bar of Casa Hoyos, and what a magical place we stumbled upon! The owners were friendly and had all of the local dish on the characters in town. Amazing food and drinks! We didn't stay at the hotel, but definitely plan to on our next trip. I'm so sad we found it on our last day, as it was so beautiful, open and calming inside. And the people could not have been more welcoming. Can't wait to go back!

Casa Hoyos was a great choice for us! We were two couples, both visiting San Miguel for the first time. We loved being so close to the beautiful Parroquia church and busy central square in front of it, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the Centro district. The rooms were really nice — spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The rooftop bar was lovely, and the breakfast was great too! We were very grateful for the great advice and assistance we received from Christopher and his staff on sights, restaurants, and transport — all of which made our visit that beautiful city so much fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cafe Hoyos. The hotel is centrally located, beautifully designed, and we have nothing but GREAT things to say about the hotel staff. Christopher provided restaurant recommendations along with activities that we would not have normally come across. He also took time out to provide context and history about the city and the interesting past of the hotel building. In addition, Sophia and Juan ensured any requests were promptly addressed. I would definitely highly recommend booking your stay in San Miguel de Allende at Casa Hoyos.
