Casa HX

We truly loved this hotel! Initially, we had booked a different hotel, but since it didn’t fully meet our expectations, we decided to take a stroll and stumbled upon Casa HX. Emiliano helped us right away after we explained our situation and showed us a very nice, clean, and spacious room. He even arranged a taxi and came with us to our previous hotel to collect our luggage (outstanding service.) The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the service truly goes above and beyond. You can easily text the reception with any questions, and they are happy to arrange things for you. Yes, it is a bit further from downtown, but that actually means you sleep very well! And since the staff does everything to meet your needs, getting into town by taxi is very easy. We highly recommend this place and are very happy we stumbled upon it, it truly made our stay in Holbox wonderful after a stressful start.

The room was clean and the workers were amazing. Giving good advice and the best service. We felt welcome and at home. We came in the raining season so some puddles on the way to get there but get the adventurer side of you and bug spray and you will be fine. The place is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool area with babyfoot and the sunset from the rooftop. The restaurant was also very good! Fish was delicious and very nice breakfast. Be prepare to be far from downtown with mosquitos but the place is worth it.

This place is really wonderful. Tremendously kind and helpful staff in every way. This end of the island is much more tranquilo. There’s a great beach nearby and Punta Coco is fantastic. Rooftop bar is the best place to watch the sunset! Gracias por una semana perfecta!

It is a 30-40 minutes walk from the landing pier if the streets are dry, but due to the water pools on the streets it was not possible for us to reach the hotel walking. One would need a taxi (M$ 250) to get there. The hotel is rather new and very original, several bungalows around two (small) pools. Without the water pools on the street it is a less than 15 minutes walk to the coco beach (salinas with flamingos) and around 10 minutes to the casablanca beach. Even nearer is the bioluminiscencia area. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Very good internet.

Great family run hotel! Breakfast was delicious. There is a great rooftop to view sunset from and beautiful pools and gardens.

I had an amazing experience at casa HX. The staff were kind and the rooms were clean. I really enjoyed that you get a free beach pass for one of the beach clubs nearby, but my only negative is that it is a bit far from the town of holbox.

We booked the room with the mini private pool on the terrace.||The hotel looked so nice and exotic! Like a little heaven. The room was very spacious. The food of the restaurant was very tasty!|The staff was very friendly and always making everything to make you feel special! Shout out to Betty and Diego from the reception , very lovely, smiling all the time.||Thank you for the surprise birthday decorations in the room, that was amazing !!!||Few things are to be improved , the breakfast isn't very good and too minimalist , a little coffee machine should be available on the counter for a proper coffee. And we had to wait quite a while in the restaurant to get the service. ||Part of that we will definitely come back !||Thank you for looking after us❤️❤️❤️

The lovingly designed hotel is a little out of the way and can be reached from the pier by taxi in about 20 minutes. The wild and beautiful beach of Punta Coco is just a few minutes' walk away. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the beautiful roof terrace. However, if you want to party, you're better off in the city center. Betty and Anni from reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will be back.
