I had an amazing experience at casa HX. The staff were kind and the rooms were clean. I really enjoyed that you get a free beach pass for one of the beach clubs nearby, but my only negative is that it is a bit far from the town of holbox.

We booked the room with the mini private pool on the terrace.||The hotel looked so nice and exotic! Like a little heaven. The room was very spacious. The food of the restaurant was very tasty!|The staff was very friendly and always making everything to make you feel special! Shout out to Betty and Diego from the reception , very lovely, smiling all the time.||Thank you for the surprise birthday decorations in the room, that was amazing !!!||Few things are to be improved , the breakfast isn't very good and too minimalist , a little coffee machine should be available on the counter for a proper coffee. And we had to wait quite a while in the restaurant to get the service. ||Part of that we will definitely come back !||Thank you for looking after us❤️❤️❤️

The lovingly designed hotel is a little out of the way and can be reached from the pier by taxi in about 20 minutes. The wild and beautiful beach of Punta Coco is just a few minutes' walk away. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the beautiful roof terrace. However, if you want to party, you're better off in the city center. Betty and Anni from reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

A beautiful hotel with very good food, comfortable beds, and excellent service. The shower gets nice and hot after a few minutes. The biggest downsides: the lamps in our room smelled like mildew, and we got a sore throat and a cough every time we were in the room because of the mold. The location is a five minute walk from our favorite beach in Holbox, Casa Blanca, but a longer walk to anywhere else. This side of the island is less developed, which means more quiet but also bigger puddles that flooded the dirt roads during our stay, and meant calling a taxi or wading in knee-deep water.

I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel are. The room was spotless and comfortable and the concept restaurant was excellent. I loved the location. It is quiet and away from all the beach clubs but an easy 23 minute walk along the beach into the town centre. It is steps away from Playa Punta Coco. There was a nice breakfast selection. I really liked the homemade granola and yoghurt and the fresh green juice. Unfortunately, the hot selection of breakfast items were always cold bit that is my only negative.

Make sure to check the weather before coming. We couldn't leave the hotel without taking a taxi and that includes walking 3 blocks to b33 beach. You maybe stuck here.. food is okay I guess, it was a quiet stay. Make sure to order your taxi early as it takes 20-30 minutes for them to come.

I can't comment on the rooms as we just went to the restaurant. The food was delicious however the portions were a little small as we were both very hungry,

The hotel was nice but it is located too far from downtown and each walk to anywhere is stressful because there are no streets and everything is full of water. The room was comfortable but it lacked hot water. The breakfast was ok but basic and could use better quality ingredients for what they charge. The restaurant is too expensive but the food good even though it only served small portions. One thing we didn't like is that when we were just leaving, the receptionist asked us to deliver a pair of shoes some guest had forgotten and we thought it was ok, just a pair of shoes. However she handed us a full bag of things in a plastic bag that was breaking which made our ferry trip very uncomfortable. They did this without offering any sort of compensation , abusing my boyfriend’s kindness. From my perspective, it is extremely rude from the hotel to ask guests for favors not taking into account what it costs us to order a taxi and transport everything. Don't do this to other guests if you want to offer a better service.
