We stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to the area. I chose it for its location and reasonable price and I was not disappointed.
On arrival, we met Guilia on the street outside the apartment. She was very prompt in replying to my messages. The building is a private apartment building and is absolutely gorgeous, and an oasis of peace and tranquility.
The rooms were a good size and were immaculately clean and tidy. The bathroom looked newly refurbished and had lovely french toiletries. The view out the window was spectacular! The only negative was that the air conditioning was not working and it took several messages back and forth and 24hrs to get it working.
It's also worth noting that with the windows open it can be very noisy - the pedestrian street below (as can be expected from such a central location), and the music from the shops below (they close at 7.30pm so not too much of an issue).
The free wifi was great as was the common area with a kettle (but no tap or water for refilling) and there was no milk for tea/coffee.
These issues aside, it was wonderful stepping off the busy street into the quietness of this beautiful building - I felt like a local.
Without a doubt, I would definitely stay here again. I can highly recommend Casa Isolani Piazza Maggiore 2.0 for its location and price.
