This hotel is absolutely beautiful! It’s like a magnificent Italian Palazzo right in the middle of Havana. Our room was well appointed, and the white marble bathroom was huge. Excellent service from the staff, and the food was delicious. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

A beautiful, authentic stay, we just wish we could have stayed an extra night! The pool was perfect and food at the restaurant was delicious. Its location is quite a distance from the old town but convenient for the airport (less than 30 mins).

Be stating Café Italia for 10 days, is located in Miramar Havana, in a beautiful garden and pool. The hotel is an old colonial European mansion with gorgeous furniture and high ceiling rooms, But the best is yet to come. The restaurant is an Italian chef with the most amazing food, if you thought you come to Havana Cuba and cannot find good foods you were wrong and my favorite Napolitano pizza absolutely spectacular, we will definitely come back.

Americans can only stay at private hotels as another stupid decision about the embargo continues. Casa Italia would be a good choice. It is a white two story mansion with clean large rooms, comfortable firm mattress, separate bathroom with shower. Plumbing is inadequate so you have to put toilet paper in separate trash can. Cannot drink the water but bottled water is available. Shower had detachable spray. Housekeeping comes daily. They offer limited breakfast of fruits, juices, cereal, breads. They will custom make eggs for you and of course coffee and tea. The grounds look like a good place for a wedding with flowers, pool, bar, and large arbor. Staff speak varying levels of English and very pleasant.

I have been here twice last year, when it just opened, and I loved it. The rooms are big, with the most wonderful beds, the best to sleep after a 14 hours flight. Being welcomed with a freshly stone oven baked Italian pizza is the best beginning of your trip on this beautiful island. It is located in a quiet area, but only 10 minutes away from the citycenter with a taxi.. And it has a pool!!! So nice after a day walking through the city.. I loved it and will definitely go back.

My visit to "Casa Italia" was quite disappointing in terms of food despite the expectations I had due to its appearance. The pasta I ordered was incredibly tough, making it difficult to enjoy. Moreover, I found that most dishes were excessively salty, completely ruining the taste and the overall gastronomic experience. However, I must acknowledge that the only highlight was the attentiveness of the staff. They were friendly and attentive, which was the only thing that made the experience somewhat more bearable.

This Place is so luxurious! The food is 10/10. No doubt. Of course compared to other places it is a little bit more pricey but you get the quality for it. We also stayed a night at the hotel. Amazing rooms , very nice design. Everything is very professional. Love you guys, thanks for your amazing hospitality.
