An amazing experience, unquestionably the highlight of our trip to Mexico City. From the market tour to the class, we learned so much about Mexican food culture and cooking techniques. Chef Emilio possessed a wealth of skill and knowledge, provided excellent instruction, and made the class loads of fun. We enjoyed meeting and sharing the beautiful kitchen with everyone in our small group which was perfectly sized so that everyone could participate in the preparation of our incredibly delicious feast. A special shout-out to Charlie and the rest of the staff who did such a seamless job organizing and tending to everything, all we had to do was focus on the cooking, conversation, food, and fun. Thank you Casa Jacaranda - can't wait to make the recipes we learned at home!
