Casa Koko exceeded every expectation. Transportation was seamless, the house was stunning, and the smoked pineapple margarita welcome drink set the tone for an incredible trip. The chef’s meals were outstanding, and the staff was consistently warm, attentive, and kind. When a Code Red in Puerto Vallarta prevented us from reaching the airport on our departure day, the team handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and compassion—even while worrying about their own families. They made sure we felt safe and cared for, and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. We stayed two extra nights, and the atmosphere remained calm, welcoming, and comforting despite the uncertainty outside. The food, drinks, views, and especially the staff made this girls’ trip truly special. We are deeply grateful to everyone at Casa Koko for their flexibility, grace, and exceptional hospitality. Casa Koko was a 10/10 experience for our family. We had a range of ages in our group and everyone had a great vacation. The staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. The culinary experience was unlike anything we have ever experienced at a rental house. Chef Jesus is so talented - we were blown away by the quality of the food and the broad range of offerings. The property was stunningly beautiful, even better than the photos!

Every single person was genuinely kind, warm, and attentive. They made us feel completely at home from start to finish. The chef prepared the most amazing meals. We went out to dinner one night, and it didn’t even compare to how incredible the food was at the house! We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by two extra nights, and the team was so gracious and accommodating during what could have been a stressful situation. Their flexibility and kindness meant so much to us. Casa Koko is pure magic, and we cannot wait to return!

The Most Magical 50th Birthday at Casa Koko I celebrated my 50th birthday at Casa Koko, and I can honestly say it was the most extraordinary place I have ever stayed. I’ve traveled to many beautiful resorts and luxury homes over the years — and this home was, by far, the most stunning of them all. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfection. The house itself is breathtaking. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, the views are unreal, and the décor is five-star in every possible way. No detail was overlooked. Every corner felt intentional, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. They truly spared no expense or detail making my birthday feel magical and special. From beautiful flowers and balloon decorations to making me feel spoiled and honored all weekend long! The service was on another level — genuinely the best I’ve ever experienced. We never wanted for anything. The staff was attentive without ever being intrusive, warm, kind, and so friendly. We honestly wanted to sit and get to know them more because they made us feel so cared for. The food? Five-star restaurant quality. Beyond delicious. Every meal was exceptional. The massages were wonderful. The collection of bands and DJ options were fantastic and made the celebration even more fun and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Laura, Aida, Bruno, Erick, Danny, and Jesus (and anyone else I may be forgetting) — you made this celebration unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm smiles and exceptional service of the staff—Laura, Eric, Bruno, Isabel and Daniel, who treated us like family. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made every moment feel special. But the true star of the culinary show was Chef Jesus. His passion for cooking radiated as he “taught us” the art of crafting the most refreshing tacos, showcasing a delightful medley of ceviche, tuna and shrimp all drizzled with his special sauce. Each bite was a burst of flavor that danced on my palate! The grounds were impeccable, the drinks mesmerizing, the ocean views hypnotic. What more could one ask for when lounging poolside at Casa Koko Sunset? Another mango margarita? Yes, please! Every detail was crafted to perfection, making this escape truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived at Casa Koko, we knew we were somewhere special. The staff greeted us with refreshing warm washcloths, genuine smiles, and a cold, colorful welcome beverage. When they showed us to our rooms, we were in awe of the luxurious yet comfortable design of the spacious, beautifully appointed suites. The juxtaposition of ultramodern architecture, tropical plants and organic design makes you feel like you're flipping through the pages of Architectural Digest. The entire space has an open-air, relaxed elegance that gives you a sense of clarity and peace. Spend the day lounging on the gorgeous outdoor furniture or effortlessly slip into the sparkling infinity pool overlooking the ocean, to watch whales and soak up the sun. The staff must be psychic, because the moment you think you might want a snack, a tequila, or simply have a question, someone magically appears. The team feels more like family than hired staff. They are genuinely happy to help with anything, and you can tell they truly love being there. And OMG — the food! Get ready for a serious flavor crush. Dinner service feels more like a beautiful ceremony than just a meal. Each dish is presented gracefully as the staff circles the table to serve each guest. Somehow the food tastes even better than it looks, which seems impossible because every plate is a work of art. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted, fresh and healthy, yet deeply satisfying. As our group savored each bite, the table went quiet except for the harmonized sound of “yummmm!” Casa Koko is truly a place to relax, refresh, be healthy, and find your peace. The gym is fully equipped with cardio and weight equipment, and it even has a Teeter inversion table to relax your back. We were also delighted to experience a sound bath with sound healer, Wilbert Rosado unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. An hour of crystal bowls and unique instruments transported us to a deeply peaceful, spiritual place. He even played guitar and shared a special song. It was a beautiful reminder that slowing down can open your heart and elevate your life. Afterward, we floated into the massage room for wonderful body treatments. The entire trip was nothing short of magical. I actually had tears in my eyes when we said goodbye to the staff. It truly felt like we were leaving our home. Thank you, Casa Koko, for an experience we will never forget. We had the most spectacular week at Casa Koko with our whole family - 10 adults and 4 grandchildren aged 10 months to 13 years. We cannot give enough praise for the wonderful and comfortable accommodations, the gorgeous setting, beautiful sunsets, even some whale sightings! The Casa Koko team are all amazing including the very talented Chef Jesus who prepared the most delicious meals as well as our great breakfast chef Alex. We really enjoyed every moment. I have food allergies and the chef went above and beyond to prepare special dishes for me that allowed me to enjoy the flavours of the dishes served to others. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our cooking lesson with Chef Jesus as well. It will be hard to ever have a vacation to compare!!
