Amazing place, large rooms, hot water all the time, Salento has many water outages, and the hotel has huge water tanks that provide hot water regularly, quiet day and night, honest and decent owner, very helpful, explains the attractions in the area and emphasizes what to watch out for. Highly recommended!!!!

Great stay, and Jesús, the owner, is super nice and helpful. The place is always clean and has a really cosy vibe. If your room faces the street, it can get a bit noisy, but it quiets down in the evening and at night—so if you’ve had a full day of activities, it’s nothing to worry about. Overall, it’s very affordable compared to the other (somewhat overpriced) hostel options in town. Highly recommend!

Jesus, the manager, is a lovely and friendly owner. He helped me with everything and really made me feel like home. The showers has hot water and the kitchen is also well equipped although we haven’t used it because a shortage of time. Would recommend very much!

This review is only for Room 12. Unfortunately, it's a very noisy room; you can hear everything through the walls, even farts and burps, or when the person above you decides to use the bathroom. Additionally, street noise is incessant. Diesel trucks and motorcycles come and go all day long, right next to the window. I'm giving it 3 stars because the price is very good and the owner is very friendly, but sleeping will be a challenge.

Brilliant guesthouse for great value. Away from the noisiest parts of Salento, but you're never far from where you want to go. Jesus is incredibly friendly and helpful, he gives great advice on what activities are worth it and where to eat. His curryhouse is good too! We absolutely loved it here. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The shared bathroom was always kept clean. Having use of the kitchen was great. Genuinely no complaints!

The rooms are HUGE and the bathroom is very well organized and spacious. Super convenient because its very close to the bus stationm there is a big supermarket right next door, restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Its only a 8 minute walk to the main square where the jeeps are. The area is nice and quiet and you can sleep well here. THe fully equipped kitchen is a big bonus. Nice big seating area downstairs for meals. Beautiful views from the balconies. The owner is very helpful and generous. Gave a very detailed orientation to the town, things to do and day trips. Overall excellent find.

This is a hidden gem!! Really worth a visit! For a comforting curry or a quiet an restful stay in Salento. The spaces make you feel at home and Jesus will Go the extra mile to ensure you have the best time possible in Salento sharing the best tips and recommendations. We followed each of his recommendations and each of them was spot on! We did not stay so can’t review the rooms but the rest of the hotel was so welcoming and cozy that I’m sure the rooms mirror this same feeling.

I loved this little hostel. It is a place you could easily stay for an extended period. It is also a restaurant for a few hours each night and has a great fully stocked kitchen and a nice sized eating area. The bedrooms are enclosed, but the remaining area is outside, which is lovely. Far enough away from noise but within walking distance of all amenities. Bonus is the grocery store right next door. One of my favourite hostels to stay in over a 3yr period of travel. Mucho gracias Jesus!!
