Casa Labian Hotel Boutique

We are a couple and stayed in the bungalow. I have to say it was summer (last week of February) and everything worked fine. The water was hot and we never went cold (except the last two days when I think the heater was down and we forgot to ask), but it was rather warm outside. It's an incredibly comfortable and welcoming place. The bathroom has separate spaces for the WC, shower, and sink with a great mirror. The main room has a big bed, a couch, TV and wardrobes that are perfect for two. Then, there's a small kitchen that is a really cozy place. It has a tall small breakfast table and tall chairs, there's an electric grill, electric stove, toaster and water heater. I had never used electric stuff but they worked fine. I made all our breakfasts and some dinners. We also used the BBQ outside. Markets are close nearby, there's a drugstore, a bakery, butcher's, ice cream parlour, grocery, everything you need. Also a beer brewery opened recently about 4 blocks away that we loved. Buses take you to city's center in 10 minutes, location is very convenient. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. The bungalow has a maid service each two days. All the workers are very nice. The pictures of the place that are posted here by other visitors are very accurate. We had a great stay, thank you!

By far the worst accomodation we had during our 6 weeks in Argentina. Not as advertised. At least not the bungalow. Many of the items featuring in the description of the accommodation were either not available or unusable token gestures. Owners were rather rude and unhelpful, especially after we pointed out that a few things were not quite right. Probably the most (actually, the *only*) really unpleasant people we met in the whole of Argentina. This, somehow, did not stop them from trying to upsell car rental to us. The bungalow itself is in a rather sorry state of disrepair, more like the set of a low budget horror movie, could do with a lick of paint as a minimum. And, if you expect to save a few pesos by self-catering, forget it. The kitchen is far from "fully equipped", and the "barbecue area" is a corner in the back garden with a barrel grill wedged amongst other cluttered junk.||||Note: we should probably have expected this. It's full payment at the time of booking, and the attitude of the owners was a typical case of "we got our money now, so we don't give two monkeys any more". Beware.

We started from south to north (all south america), so we try to be clever with our budget, and we keep a good option for the capitals...||Comfy and simple, its ok, but needs some details to set up, like hot water and a little of effort in the cleaning service. The house is manage by Silvia the owner, very kind and give you good information of places. nice option.

El sitio es pequeño, la antigua casa familiar, que ha sido acondicionado con calidez y cariño por la propietaria.|Pocas habitaciones, bellamente decoradas, te hacen sentir como en tu propia casa. Todo es limpio, impecable, las camas súper cómodas y las almohadas grandes y mullidas. |El desayuno se sirve en el comedor, que como en la mesa familiar, invita a compartir la charla y las experiencias con otros pasajeros, haciendo que el momento sea ameno y distendido.|Silvia, la propietaria del lugar, merece un capítulo aparte, te recibe con amabilidad y dispuesta a tomarse todo el tiempo que sean necesario para resolver algún inconveniente o para conversar sobre bueyes perdidos, muy informada y activa, te hace sugerencias muy atinadas de restaurantes y sitios de interés.|El hotel no se encuentra dentro de la zona más transitada (se ubica a sólo dos cuadras de la Av. Bustillo) por lo que el descanso está asegurado, no se escuchan los vehículos, pero sí los pájaros. |Es sumamente recomendable

Por el precio pagado, no ofrecían servicios básicos como limpieza o cambio de toallas y ropa blanca. Ni siquiera contaba con papel higiénico. No pudimos bañarnos con agua caliente en toda la estadía y tampoco funcionaba el hidromasaje. La verdad que la atención de Silvia dejó mucho que desear, incluso nos acusó de no trapear los pisos y que las toallas, que por cierto nunca cambiaron, estaban sucias. Por el elevado precio nos hubiéramos hospedado en otro lugar que cumplieran prestaciones básicas. Ni siquiera facturó por el valor real de la estadía. Decepcionados con el servicio. Calificamos con una estrella porque no nos deja tildar la opción de 0 estrellas.

Nos quedamos una semana con mi esposo y el ambiente está bien. El baño muy muy frío, deberían poner calefacción, el agua caliente no andaba muy bien, duraba muy poco y debíamos bañarnos bien rápido. El los estantes de los placares deberían arreglarlos se venían abajo. El servicio de limpieza prometido nunca llegó, nos dijeron que venía una señora a limpiar pero nunca vino :(|La dueña es amable y la cocina está ok, tiene dos hornallas electricas, un horno eléctrico, una tostadora y una pava eléctrica (no la usamos porque estaba oxidada adentro) tiene tv por cable y la cama estaba bien.|El parque es muy bonito y hay un centro comercial a tres cuadras.

Pasamos 8 dias en Casa Labian y todo fue muy bien! La casa es grande, comoda y bien equipada. Estabamos 8 personas y no tuvimos ningun problema. Cuenta con tres baños con ducha y uno sin, 2 heladeras y colchones comodos. Ademas posee un parque con parrilla, mesa grande y una vista muy linda. Es un barrio cerca del centro pero super tranquilo. Lo recomiento.

Ofrecen servicios en la página que no tienen (lavandería). Mala predisposición de la dueña para solucionar un problema con la heladera: estuvimos 5 días sin heladera y no mostró preocupación alguna. La limpieza de los baños y cocina deja mucho que desear... La casa es muy cómoda y tiene buena ubicación. Una lástima que el servicio no esté al nivel del precio pagado.
