Casa Ládico Boutique Hotel

Our third stay here and it’s like coming home. The lovely Anna was there to welcome us and we were soon settled in. The whole hotel is spacious, clean and well set out. Being an old building the bedroom has a high ceiling and plenty of storage space. The controls of the walk in shower are easy to use, the water pressure and temperature are both good. The enclosed terrace with small swimming pool at the rear of the property is a great added bonus. There is a good selection of food for breakfast, both self service and cooked alternatives freshly made to order. Freshly squeezed orange juice is wonderful. |However, the outstanding feature of this hotel is the staff. Reception staff are caring and helpful, breakfasts are served in a friendly and efficient manner and rooms are serviced to a high standard.|We had a personal problem, which delayed our departure, and the help we received from Luisa went way beyond what you would expect from a member of staff. We are so grateful to her for her caring attitude.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we can honestly say it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. If you don't like large impersonal hotels then Casa Ladico, a small boutique hotel, is perfect for you, quiet and peaceful and a perfect location.They pride themselves on excellent service, brilliant breakfasts, lovely rooms, some with terraces, and a small swimming pool. My wife has walking difficulties but was easily able to walk into beautiful Mahon to visit the excellent shops and tourist attractions. We travelled everywhere by bus or taxi, no problem as there was a bus stop closeby and the taxis were readily available and reasonably priced. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Anna on reception, and nothing was too much trouble. We agree with previous comments that they are a model to other establishments of what perfect customer service should be like. The lovely breakfasts, hot or cold, could be taken in the restaurant or on the terrace. Little added touches were free hot drinks and snacks all day long in the restaurant and free soft drinks in the bedroom mini bars. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable especially reccommending two excellent restaurants, Cap Roig, Sa Mesquida, and Sa Punta, Es Castell, both near Mahon, brilliant food and unforgettable views.| We will certainly recommend you to family and friends.||

A beautiful, clean, and trendy hotel in the heart of Mahón. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to explore the city on foot. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were lucky to get a room early in the morning, before the official check-in time, which really made our stay! The food and drink stations were mostly self-service, meaning you didn’t need staff assistance—which I found very convenient, as you could help yourself to whatever you wanted, whenever you wanted. The hotel also features a lovely pool area with deck chairs available for relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel and impeccable service. The final touches made the hotel extra special such as the complimentary homemade cakes each day as well as complimentary beach bag and towels for the duration of your stay. April is a great time to visit as the town is very peaceful and everything is pretty much open.

The hotel is simply lovely; wonderfully located, beautifully decorated, the luxury of having a swimming pool in the inner courtyard to cool down in, the professional team on site. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will more than surely be back!

Great location, in the heart of Mahón but tucked in a street off the main drag, so nice and quiet. |The hotel itself was lovely and well presented. |But for us, the highlight was the staff. So helpful and friendly. ||We will definitely be back.
