Casa Latina Bed and Breakfast

What a charming little place! The service was amazing! My friend and I had to change our accomodation on the day of arrival and it was already evening, so we looked francticly for something last minute and stummbled upon this place. It was past check in time but the landlord had absolutely no problem to sort a room on a short notice and litterally saved us from sleeping on the bench! Location is super central, we walked everywhere! And if you need a recommendations, well the owner has plenty! We loved the little chat with a drink with him on the terrace! The terrace! My favorite place in Napoli! It’s really cosy and great for a little wine or antipasti or a morning coffee. Also yoga, I had plenty space to have bit a strech time. The place was clean, cozy, charming, has a shared kitchen with whatever you need and amazing location! I will stay here again, I have no doubt! I'm just talking about the B&B was just dirty already as soon as you enter and no light Uncomfortable for suitcases and for strollers there is no elevator all stairs and narrow. The room was not bad but only that no to closet and in the bed we found hair then the bathroom has no windows the shower stall is all open and water was coming out when you shower there was not even a rag to dry! Then if you wanted them to clean the room and if you wanted clean sheets and towels you had to pay 20 Euro more. I don't recommend it

Cozy B&B for a fair price. Comfortable beds, good air-conditioning in every room. Bathrooms were generally clean, though if you're the type to look for spots, you'll find some. Fully stuffed fridge with good selections for breakfast or snack. The balcony is a big plus! Be a sound sleeper or bring earplugs: You will hear the other guests going in and out; also Casa Latina is located in a quieter street, but you're still right in the center - so you shouldn't be bothered by street noise at night. Considering the mixed reviews here, I can only speak to our experience and can't report anything negative. If anything, Communication is a little "short-term": after the automated confirmation mails we didn't hear from the hosts until we arrived in Naples. From then on, though, interaction and communication was smooth and friendly. Maybe contacting guests a week before arrival would be accomodating.

This place is not as it appears. One small photo doesn't show you the real story. The real story is a shock. It is in a very dirty neighborhood with small winding steps that never seem to end. They also don't give you your money back if you are not happy. This is a typical "bait and switch" con job and you will not be happy unless you like sleeping on the floor like they do in the hostels. They also promised to pick us up at the airport and they never arrived. This is a bad decision for a place to stay.

Lovely lodgings in the historic center of Naples. Feels like a boutique hotel meets private apartment. Simple, elegant decor. Gorgeous terrace. Stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Can't recommend it enough!
