Casa Laurel Apartments

_I don’t remember how i found the place but it was the very same day when my sons and i decided to find a new place. the manager was leaving for another State that weekend so everything was rushed to get me in. sooo thankful!! sooo blessed i got in! huge rooms, plenty of cabinets, bath/room is on point but my favorite place is my living room.🫶 so spacious you can make another room. parking spaces are 👍👍 and neighbors are polite. (you reap what you sow, you know. 😜 )and the new manager Sonia??exceptional managing skills! made us feel safer and cleaner all around. can’t help but mention her here and praying she’ll never leave us! >>check out my pics and 1 vid clip

We’ve seen many managers come and go from La casa Laurel , but Sonia has been the best one we have ever gotten hands down ! She is always available when you need something and is quick to get things done and fixed around here . She is organized and ready to listen to things tenants need fixed in their units . It’s a pleasure having her be our manager on site .

I've been living at Casa Laurel for a few years now. I've seen a few different managers, but Sonia has been the best. Not only does she move to make the apartment look it's best but pushes to get the proper repairs and and adjustments in order to continue having a safe place to live in. She is easy to communicate with.

My mother has lived in this apartment complex for so many years. They’ve always fixed everything in a timely manner. Specially having Sonia as the manager has made it easier for us. She is always on point.

Honestly since I been here we have had a couple of mangers but no one like Sonia. She’s always so attentive with requests or any general questions. The building is always clean. She’s really does go above and beyond.

Sonia, the manager, has consistently shown us she carries daily responsibilities and performs where our needs are always met. A splendid job!

Sonia the manager is really attentive to the needs of the residents, she is always willing to problem solve, to compromise, she is accessible, and finally ever since she became the manager the building has really improved

Stay away from this place or any places that they are renting, they have their properties very poorly managed. if there is a problem it will be fixed within 6 months if you are lucky. they are charging us a ridiculous amount for an apt we were renting for 4 years. the apartment complex was infested with pigeons, bedbugs and cockroaches. the building is basically deteriorating with mold and horrible cover up jobs done by maintenance
