Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel

Stayed at Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel for a 5-day business trip, and had a wonderful . The staff, from front desk to housekeeping and restaurant, were super accommodating and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect, right in front of People's Park and just a 2-minute walk from Apo View Hotel. The amenities were top-notch - free buffet breakfast with customizable eggs, 24/7 drinking water, hot and cold shower, fridge, TV, AC, and complimentary toiletries. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. The room rate is worth the stay.

I arrived at the hotel 2 hours early and waited in the lobby. When I finally checked in, they told me to wait because they were still preparing my room, so I waited for 15 minutes. 8/10Security guards and staff were friendly, accommodating, and approachable. 10/10The food they served for breakfast was just a typical breakfast—nothing special or extravagant. However, it was delicious. 8.5/10Cleanliness and their Internet are top-tier. 100/10 😅

Our room is very clean and the size is good enough for me and my husband.. I love the Breakfast buffet with different viands everyday, 4 kinds of fruits, with fresh bread daily with various jams to spread and of course with coffee, juice and lemon water. The staffs are very cordial and when u request something they bring it fast to our room.. I'll surely be back here with its best location just across peoples park and great price. 😔The only downside for me is that you should bring your own towel coz you wont find one when u reach your room if you will not request one but all in all it was a fine experience. Good hotel location. Just in front of the people’s park. But room is need to detail cleaning, so many dirty spots. Bfast need more improvement. Overall this is nice hotel with friendly staff.

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again

This hotel may be budget-friendly, but the service and experience felt nothing less than five-star quality. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly valued. Thank you for giving us a five-star experience at such an affordable price. It’s rare to find a place where comfort, kindness, and quality come together so perfectly. The food was amazing — every meal was a delight, and the breakfast buffet was simply superb. The location is also perfect, right across from People’s Park and close to all the main tourist destinations in the city. Overall, our entire week-long stay was wonderful. We made beautiful memories, felt completely at home, and left with grateful hearts. Daghang salamat kaayo. Mobalik gyud mi. 😁😁❤️❤️

Only 1 negative point: No bidet in the CR. Out of this, the room was perfect, and I will definitely go back when I will go back to Davao City. A big plus is the location, right in front of People's Park
