Beautiful resort that rents home. I highly recommend using the on-site restaurant Castaways the food is amazing with good prices. The security guards at the front gate are excellent

Great place to plan a stay out of the country peaceful and very reserved the villa are very modern and clean I would stay there again until I purchase my own.

We paid a premium for 10 nights in room 607 expecting a family-friendly holiday, but got scams, hazards, and zero hospitality. The “free breakfast” was bait for a high-pressure investment pitch; once we declined, they refused to take us back and abandoned us with small kids in 30°C heat to walk 1 km home. The house was swarming with wasps—dangerous for children—with my 2-year-old and stepson both stung. No apology, just: “We sent you free water, be happy.” The pool had peeling paint, unsafe depth from the first step, and chlorine so strong it burned our eyes. Some rooms smelled of damp. Security was chaotic, the billiard table unusable, and there was no welcome on arrival—only an army at checkout looking for “damage” to charge for. The hosts dismissed every concern, took no responsibility, and showed zero care for guests’ safety or comfort. Stay far away—this place is a trap, not a holiday. You’ll regret booking from the moment you arrive and wish you’d stayed elsewhere.

When we refused, we were made to pay and walk back in the heat with our kids.||||The house was infested with wasps — both my 2-year-old and stepson were stung.||||The pool was unsafe: freshly painted (our feet turned blue), overly chlorinated, and unusually deep with no depth markings.||||Some rooms smelled of damp, and the check-in process was disorganized and unhelpful.||||Security blocked us because the welcome center mishandled paperwork.||||At checkout, staff were aggressive, pretended things were broken, and made false claims to Airbnb. They never do inventory on arrival, only at departure, then accuse guests of damage.||||We did break a small lamp (which I paid for), but overall this property had serious safety issues, dishonest management, and unethical practices. Stay away — these people are thieves.

This was an exceptional experience, only flaw is the WiFi in the rooms that are outside is weak and the hot water doesn’t come on. Other than those two. Security was awesome, no one can get in without passing security gate without ID. ||It was a bachelor’s trip and we had the time of our lives you can bring guest over to spend the night the Security would just take their ID. We met Willie who took us to the villa he was awesome

We booked two 2 bedroom villas, they were both nice, esthetically. One was a lot larger than the other. The larger one had and swarming, which we just tolerated. The pool was huge, but it needed to be cleaned frequently because there wasn't a water pump (it kept collecting leaves and bugs, at both locations). The property is very quiet. It's 15-20 minutes from POP airport. Cons: No beach access, only one restaurant on the property, no options for all-inclusive, no entertainment. Pros: Nice size, bedrooms are separated by living area, full kitchen, private pool, beautiful landscaping, options to book excursions at the property (including transportation), security in the property, and esthetically nice. Photos include both locations, putt putt, water slides, and the restaurant.

Best place to stay. Very secure

The house was great! Housekeeping and pool service available everyday. The staff were friendly and available. Wish there was walkable beach access but there is a shuttle.
