Casa Lncara - Double Room

We only spent one night here in Camaguey. We love these types of hotels / hostels and this one had lots of features, old furnishings, and couryard which provided a nice atmosphere. Room was great and best feature was its proximity to the central square with all its sites and cafes. Great well located hostel.

During our journey through Cuba, we spent the night 2 times with this nice family. This hostal is very big, the rooms are big too and also clean. The family is very helpfull and gave us useful information. Breakfast and dinner were very nice. There is an indoor terrace were you can relax and enjoy your drinks. In the hostal were more guests, very interesting people who gave us a lot of information of the history of Cuba, the revolution and other things. We recommend you this hostal, you will not regret!

Nice and clean casa particular in the center of Camaguey of a very nice and polite family. The room(s) is nice. The additional roof terrace (excellent for relaxing) is a big plus for Casa Lancara. Food (dinner and breakfast) is very good and will be served in very nice room. Excellent place for a stay overnight or for a few nights to discover the city of Camaguey

Stayed for 3 nights at Maikel's casa and I had a very pleasant time. The food was delicious and plentiful and the dining room was in range of the public Wifi from the nearby square so it's easy to plan a day during breakfast. It is in the historical centre of Camagüey so it's easy to get anywhere and Maikel is happy to arrange any transport you might need. The house has good amenities (shower, air conditioning etc, nothing to complain about here) and is also beautifully decorated.

I only stayed for one night in this centrally located casa but that was because I was passing through Camaguey on my way east. The room was very comfortable, well furnished and equipped with a fridge and a good shower. The house is from the colonial period with high ceilings and beautiful tiled floors which keep the interior cool (no need for air conditioning) though the bedroom did have air conditioning.||||The hosts were very friendly and attentive, spoke good english and the two meals I ate there were very tasty.

It is the most comfortable room I've stayed in Cuba. The room is huge and clean with high ceiling and modern facilities. For non-Spanish speakers like us, it is also rare that the host speak good English. City centre is just round the corner and it is very convenient to go sightseeing and shopping.

We stayed here in December 2014 for 1 night. The house is beautiful and airy (which is not always the case with houses in Cuba) and is beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.||||The owners were so lovely and couldn't have been more helpful - they helped us arrange a casa in Trinidad and arranged a taxi to pick us up from the bus station.||||5 out of 5 from me.

We had a great time at this casa. The casa itself looks beautiful from the inside and the room is big and has everything you need. The shower is good, which is not guaranteed in all Cuban casas, and breakfast and dinner were delicious.
