This flagship store makes one feels welcome. Special mention to Jousef Addou who gave us top service and honest opinions. What was supposed to be one item purchase turned out to be a multiple one. And my wife was completely happy with the outcome. One of our best experiences stepping into a luxury brand shop

First time in Casa Loewe in Barcelona. Absolutely love it! No long lines to wait- on both days that we went. We were attended promptly on the same occasion by Jessica. Jessica shares her expertise with us in choosing a bag. Explained the difference between the bags and leather that I am comparing. Excellent customer service. And of course, I so love the bag that I got.

We received a service that truly matched the prestige of the brand. Raquel, in particular, went above and beyond to provide us with the very best care and attention. Even after we returned to the U.S., she continued to assist us with tax refunds, questions, and various services through email and messages. Her dedication to customer service was simply outstanding. A must do in Spain: visit Loewe. My experience in the boutique was elevated by Belen who helped me with a lot of patience. She speaks English well and that helps a lot! Her sincerity is a rarity in this industry.

I wanna give a 0 for this. I bought many stuff from there. Service was great. Until when I backed, I realised my tax refund name and passport number was completely wrong. And the other day is Sunday, so store is closed. Remember to check the tax refund letter. I could not believed this small mistake could happen. Big disappointment on this brand. Me and my mum always having great experience in Loewe. But definitely not the Barcelona one. We are long-term Loewe customers my mother shops with the brand frequently every year and this mistake is disappointing given the price point and service standard. MAKE SURE TO CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEFT THE STORE.

Beautiful store and exceptional service. I got my first Loewe bag while in Barcelona this summer. I tried to call the store about another bag I'm interested in, but nobody answers the phone at the number listed here. It automatically answered by music and then a few seconds later it hangs up. Is there a better way to contact the store?

We had an amazing experience at Casa Loewe Barcelona. My daughter wanted a puzzle bag as a college graduation present, I walked in without knowing anything about the brand and we were immediately greeted by Hanna who very patiently showed me the collection. We did not have much time as we were getting on a cruise the next day but she made the whole experience quick and pleasant. I would not hesitate to return to this store.
