First time in Casa Loewe in Barcelona. Absolutely love it! No long lines to wait- on both days that we went. We were attended promptly on the same occasion by Jessica. Jessica shares her expertise with us in choosing a bag. Explained the difference between the bags and leather that I am comparing. Excellent customer service. And of course, I so love the bag that I got.

We received a service that truly matched the prestige of the brand. Raquel, in particular, went above and beyond to provide us with the very best care and attention. Even after we returned to the U.S., she continued to assist us with tax refunds, questions, and various services through email and messages. Her dedication to customer service was simply outstanding. Thank you, Raquel, for making our shopping experience not only smooth but genuinely delightful. Because of you, Barcelona felt even more special—and the Loewe store truly shined. A must do in Spain: visit Loewe. My experience in the boutique was elevated by Belen who helped me with a lot of patience. She speaks English well and that helps a lot! Her sincerity is a rarity in this industry.

Casa loewe was beautiful. We came in with no expectation, almost left because there was a queue but ended up purchasing 2 bags. Love the timeless design of the bag, craftsmanship is beautiful. I was there at the end of october 2024. The service by Nadia was excellent and friendly. I don't have to wait in line, after they registered my name I was allowed to browse and in just a few minutes Nadia helped me getting the bag I want. The shop is really pretty. The nicest Loewe I've ever been!

Our shopping experience at Loewe Barcelona became extra easy and memorable with Alina as our sales staff! She is extremely helpful, takes care of you as her customers and provides valuable advice and information! This outlet is easy to navigate, though busy, we were able to be accommodated quickly (in less than 10minutes).
