This beautiful hotel was my favourite part of the trip. It’s stunning everywhere you look, the class and attention to detail are incredible, the service is superb. It was a place I felt I could truly relax, unwind and just soak up the beautiful surroundings. Also make sure to enjoy the onsite mini spa! Plus right in the heart of Getsemaní, just as pretty as the walled city with half the tourists and a 10 minute walk to the city. Special thanks to the staff especially Haro, Christian, Luis, Bettania.

Wonderful hotel. Great location in the heart of lively Getsemaní area - lots of great bars and restaurants close by and yet they still manage to create an oasis of calm and tranquility. The hotel has lots of character - interior decor is beautiful, thoughtful and creative. Great restaurant, delicious cocktails and great breakfast and the service from the entire team was outstanding from check-in to checkout - welcoming, friendly and very helpful - particularly the team serving breakfast, Cristian on the front desk who helped us book great tour to the Rosarios islands, and Jailer - and of course Harold who organised our airport transfer, checked us in and immediately made us feel welcome and week looked after - but the whole team were brilliant. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone - including those looking for an LGBT friendly place in Cartagena: We are a gay couple and, while there are plenty of LGBT friendly places to stay in the city, we felt positively and enthusiastically welcomed here. Thank you Casa Lola for making our stay in Cartagena so delightful!

The hospitality at Casa Lola is truly out of this world. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, transforming professional service into personalized care. We felt genuinely safe and utterly taken care of throughout our stay, a feeling cemented by the incredible night and day front desk attendants, Harold and Christian. As well as the bellboy Jailer to name just a few. Both agents and bellboy demonstrated an unwavering commitment to ensuring our best interests were prioritized. This spirit of service extended to exceptional requests, such as the marvelous private massage they arranged for us on the rooftop—a moment of serene luxury. Furthermore, Casa Lola maintains a beautifully welcoming and affirming atmosphere, being notably LGBTQ friendly, which speaks volumes about its inclusive and professional ethos. Our stay in the Presidential Suite was, quite simply, the nicest accommodation we have ever experienced. The suite is a masterpiece of design, showcasing an eclectic and captivating art collection that elevates the space far beyond typical luxury. The hotel’s general ambiance is tasteful and upscale, with museum-worthy art pieces adorning every corridor and common area, making simply walking through the property an aesthetic pleasure. The dining experience rivals the best in the city, thanks to the incredible chef who has curated a truly phenomenal menu. Every dish was a testament to sophisticated flavor and exquisite preparation. We highly recommend the savory chilichuri steak, the perfect bite of lobster croquettes, and the tender octopus. Do not skip dessert; the tiramisu and the ginger chocolate cake are absolutely mandatory conclusions to a perfect meal. The magnificent rooftop pool area is the crown jewel for relaxation and entertainment. An afternoon dip gives way to magical evenings, especially when the hotel hosts events, such as the unforgettable night a DJ was invited, creating a vibrant, yet polished, party atmosphere under the stars. We would visit Cartagena again just for the sole purpose of staying at Casa Lola Deluxe. It is a destination in itself and an absolute must-book for discerning travelers.

We had such a lovely evening! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and our waiter Sergio G. made the entire experience even more special. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. His fantastic service truly elevated the night. Stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely and relaxing stay. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Pool was amazing. Hotel is in the perfect location for Cartagena Colombia if you want all the vibes!

I stayed here for four days and absolutely the experience. The property itself is unique and eclectic—unlike any hotel I’ve stayed in before. It’s in a prime location, close to everything, and having a restaurant on-site was a huge plus. The food was delicious and convenient after long days of exploring.|What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. Huge shoutout to Luis, Harold, Christian, and Jailer. From carrying my bags, helping with transportation, resolving taxi issues, to sharing thoughtful local recommendations—their kindness and attention to detail were unmatched. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Cartagena!

What a beautiful and lovely place!! We stayed here for our first 3 nights on our Colombia trip. Room was large and comfortable. Loved lounging at rooftop pool. Enjoyed delicious apps and drinks at restaurant and the complimentary breakfast was our favorite of entire trip. Service was amazing and we loved the decor and whole vibe of hotel. Also loved staying in Getsemani neighborhood, what a fun, funky and artistic place. We highly recommend!!!
