Very nice fish and seafood restaurant Dinner comes with a nice house salad. I ordered the mixed seafood dinner, shrimp, lobster, and fish , very good. My wife ordered a shrimp dinner which she thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely would return. The fish was just ok.

We've been not going here so much since Covid, but it's as wonderful as ever. Outside area, spectacular service always, enormous and v interesting menu. Steak tartare is as good as I've had in France, and the Crepes Suzette almost as good as mine! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

The coconut shrimp are supper and a dessert all in one. The fish of the day maihi maihi (spelling??) was outstanding. We met the owner who is very personable and nice. The waiters sing beautifully. Overall these five stars were well earned. Keep up the great work. From service, to them calling a cab for us, everything was simply divine. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Reservations recommended. Dress nicely here.

Always a great time, great food, great service! Tonight we had live music. Thank you, Eduardo (I hope I spelled it right!) Senior Ken would have been so grateful that you took such good care of us!

Extremely classic. Food is absolutely wonderful. Waiters will sing to you after the meal. It's well worth the experience. English is spoken here.

Yelp
This is one of my favorites in Mazatlan. When I arrived for dinner, there was only one other person, so it wasn't crowded at all. I decided to eat outside in the courtyard, which has a nice fountain to add the ambiance. There is indoor seating as well. For dinner, I had the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was plump and fresh, coming with a creamy garlic sauce. The steamed carrots that came with it were cooked perfectly and provided a great compliment to the entre. For dessert, I had the bananas Foster, which was prepared tableside. It is one of my favorite dessert overall and they made it perfectly. Since I was celebrating my pre birthday, they gave me a shot of tequila and flan, and also sung me happy birthday in Spanish and English, which was a very nice gesture. Service was attentive without being intrusive. With everything being only 20 dollars before the Yelp discount (got a ten percent discount through the app), this made it a wonderful restaurant without breaking the bank.

Yelp
We loooove Casa Loma. This restaurant is located at the end of a quiet dead end street. The patio is so gorgeous and romantic! The menu is extensive and the food is fantastic. Also worth mentioning is the service, you will be well taken care of here. On our first visit we went for a late lunch/early dinner. We had the ceviche, avocado salad (with the best thousand island dressing ever) and the hearts of palm salad to start, all were great. As our entrees, we had the seafood soup and tortilla soup. We left full and happy. On our second visit we had the avocado salad again and we got a caesar salad which was made table side, pretty neat. My partner also had the french onion soup which he said was very good. For our entrees we had Ajillo shrimp which features a bold (not necessarily spicy, just bold) and interesting chili pepper, as well as the house special pescado flamando. My pescado flamando was outstanding, from the presentation to the flavor. For dessert I had the crepes with caramel and pecans a la mode. Every component was perfectly portioned, it was heaven. We're only here for a week total but we may end up at Casa Loma for a third time in the next few days! We highly recommend trying Casa Loma, it's a semi-hidden treasure!

Yelp
Unexpected and Very classy experience at this old wonderful restaurant. Cesar salad is an experience and deserts galore. Jazz every Saturday after 7PM.

Yelp
Fantastico! Old world charm and Family pride. This became our favorite restaurant in Mazatlán! The food, wine and service were superb! The owner, Ramón, took the time to tell us of his family and how he and his brother took over after their father, the founder, had died prematurely when the brothers were in their teens. The pride in ownership shines through in their food, decor and service! Muy Bueno!! We will return!

Yelp
Hadn't been here for years but we had a great dinner for six. Caesar salad made table side, amazing pasta dishes and steak & lobster. Great old school charm in this quiet cup de sac location.

Yelp
Fantastic evening on the patio with our server Benny ( Benito). We had a delicious meal with generous drinks and amazing deserts. Highly recommend the steak, tequila shrimp and bananas flambé. Staff was excellent and Benny was charming. Benny even sang to us in Italian which was a delight to our nonno. We have had Christmas in Mazatlan for 15 years but have found our new favorite restaurant. Thank you Casa Loma and especially our server Benny for a wonderful experience. 10/10... off the beaten path but well worth the trip.

Yelp
We love this restaurant and Ramon! Wonderful at your table Caesar Salad preparation. Amazing poached fish, shrimp and asparagus in creamy cheese sauce is a specialty. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Casa Loma is an elegant restaurant with a superb management and staff! The American Continental cuisine is delicious! There are also some excellent Mexican specialties! You may see some tables decorated with rose petals for a couple or two who are celebrating a special anniversary or birthday. The table side Caesar salad reminds me of an era gone by (like Hollywood's Musso and Frank). The waiters are charming and you may be serenaded by a singing waiter or two! This place is elegant and casual at the same time! Absolutely one of our very favorite restaurants in Mazatlan.

Yelp
Truly a great place for a meal. The owner's and staff are amazing. Food is delicious, atmosphere is terrific. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely worth the time to get off the main road for a visit.

Yelp
I think I was age seven or eight the first time I went to Casa Loma with my parents. Now I find myself, suddenly, in my forties, with the nostalgia flooding in every time we come "home" -- which has been every year since. Not much has changed in terms of its charm and romanticism. Yes, a neighborhood has developed around it, and the golden zone keeps people from straying from the main drag. But Mazatlan wouldn't be Mazatlan without this family owned staple. As a child, I remember a long walk from El Centro into darkness... And then, suddenly, a lively patio, pretty gardens with beautiful foliage, friendly faces, and the best and most memorable meals - to this day. I remember then the food was the best in town and even now it is still the same. Nothing has changed except the world around it. For so long they've maintained the ideals and integrity of their love for food and for Mazatlan. This is hands down the best place to eat anywhere in and around Mazatlan. If you are blessed enough to understand Mazatlan, it's locals and the food, then you have been to Casa Loma. If not, then you haven't been blessed. Muchas gracias, Casa Loma. Recommend: Imperial Shrimp and the Bannnas Flambé! Please get to know the history of Casa Loma and la familia keeping it one of Mazatlan's true gems.

Yelp
One of my favorite places to eat. Good portions and prices! Staff is great! Try the Casa Loma salad. It is delicious!

Yelp
We have been coming to Mazatlan and Casa Loma for about 12 years and it was great again this year! We had a late lunch and suggest that you leave room for the bananas flambé, way tasty! We also had shrimp thermador and fish enchilada, both exceptional. A nice Tempranillo from Spain, excellent service, 41 year old family business, and everything else we can think of is part of this restaurant. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Loma....it should get 6 stars!

Yelp
Simply the BEST restaurant in Mazatlan. Try their beef stroganoff and avacado salad.
