A wonderful visit plenty of details! A muslim house dated in X century in middle of the Caceres old town quarter, where is possible be apart of the world, go back in the history and have a beautiful visit. Specially to the ceramic and textile lovers! Is a must the sweet explanations of Sandra! Thank you!

We were so happy to find this lovely little museum. It’s a shame there isn’t more information about the several hundred years during which Spain was occupied by North Africans. The display was charming and the bath was interesting. The best though was the daughter of the museum’s owners. She was so full of information and very knowledgeable.

This beautifully restored 12 century Moroccan home was built on the foundations of a former Roman house (circa 1 BC ?). Such a treasure! A must see in Caceres. We enjoyed some phenomenal Moroccan Tagine shortly after the visit based on the recommendations of the friendly owner Sandra.

Wow! For 2 euros it's like stepping back in time. Even has a well and Haman. The garden is amazing. Quick stop but so interesting!

An absolute beautiful house and a very low entrance price. The host was a gem of a person with a remarkable knowledge of the time period. Absolutely worth it.

Arabic culture in the middle of Caceres. What an interesting place! Small piece of history we didn't expect to find in this town. Worth the visit!

We visited this museum or restored house and it was a joy to walk around. The lady who was operating it was fluent in English and very enthusiastic about the history it preserves of the Arabic time in Cacares. Her grandfather is the person who started to restore the building and she continues the passion to preserve this history. Well worth the visit
