We are a family of 6 people. Father, mother, 3 daughters (15, 12 and 8 years old) and the girls' aunt. We combine almost all holiday needs: surfing, reading, swimming, lazing around, good food, luxury, spa, relaxation & entertainment.|All in all, we spent a wonderful week at this hotel. First of all we would like to praise the food & beverage team - a great, helpful, funny team who were always on hand to fulfil our every wish and that of the children. Breakfast ( egg station & service!). During the day on the beach - Frank, Maximiliano😊 & team - thank you very much!!!||We had 3 rooms: Room no. 2; double room - everything great! No. 10 double room - used individually - everything great! Very difficult, bad & spoiling the holiday: the "master suite - No.7" - unfortunately the most expensive room could not be used as a suite, as it was only a small room where the air conditioning was directly on the bed and nowhere else. The rest of the "suite" was a corridor & a bathroom, directly above the restaurant, no air conditioning, hot, stuffy and food odour. You always had to quickly get your clothes and get dressed in the bedroom. Or even just quickly put toothpaste on the brush and quickly go into the room to brush so you dont sweat. The same with sun cream, cosmetics and so on.|We would have liked to have known this beforehand and booked a different room. It was particularly disappointing that we were unfortunately unable to find a solution with the management (room swap or similar). We were called to reception, then nobody was there and we received messages via WhatsApp that there was no satisfactory solution. Everyone knew who the manager was - but she always hid from us or avoided us. However, not everything is always perfect. We travel many months of the year, but a solution is always found through dialogue.|To summarise: great location, good food & service, clean. Team great but management not very professional. But we would come back
