Great service and charming atmosphere. A great taste of colonial Mexico close to the cathedral and artisans market. Several very good restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Each room has a charm of its own and all the amenities you would need.

What a delightful place! Terrifcally located, a lovely little oasis behind closed doors off a cobblestone street. Rooms are spacious and spotless. There are lots of lovely little touches; homemade treats, etc. The rooms look out onto a sweet courtyard and the roof deck is an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious. This place is a gem and the staff couldn't be nicer or more reliable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Nare. The property is beautifully designed, the location is convenient to the center, and the staff are extremely accommodating. ||From the street, the hotel is unassuming; however, upon entering and passing through reception (which also includes a cozy reading area), the hotel opens into a lovely courtyard garden around which all the rooms are situated. This allowed us to be close to the center without the accompanying bustle (although you will hear birds and perhaps a dog). ||The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We found a lovely, personalized card welcoming us to the hotel, as well as some cookies, in our room. As we departed the hotel to explore San Miguel, reception was ready with a map for us and pointed out areas of interest, marking them on the map, which was invaluable. ||Breakfast is included, and you choose a time the day before. Once you arrive, you are seated at the dining table and served fruit, bread, coffee, and an entree from a selection. We felt very pampered. The staff is also great about providing recommendations for dining. On the day before we checked out, we mentioned that we would be leaving too early to have breakfast in the hotel, and we were so touched that they packed us a custom breakfast to go! ||Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Casa Nare. The thoughtfulness of the staff made our visit truly memorable and allowed us to focus all of our energies on enjoying San Miguel.

Everything was perfect about this small boutique hotel in San Miguel de Allende. I was greeted on arrival by the owner with a huge smile on his face. He was so helpful with suggestions of where to visit and where to eat.||The bedroom was so comfortable and benefited from an opening window with insect screen and ceiling fan. I was beautifully cool without the noise and dry air of a/c. Very comfortable bed and a big rain shower in the bathroom. Outside a beautiful courtyard and roof terrace above.||The owner served breakfast each money with a big smile. He tempted me with Mexican breakfast delicacies and fresh fruit and hot bread. There was also a choice of omelettes.||It was a memorable stay and I really recommend this hotel.

Very intimate and pleasant hotel. They really make you feel like an appreciated member of the family from check in to pleasantly served breakfast. The room is immaculately clean yet a tad dated decor. The courtyard is nice place to hang out. The location is good with easy access to the main Jardin and the artisan market and with some more local feeling restaurants nearby as well. This is a hotel where you definitely feel like the owner cares about the guests experience.

This boutique hotel is great. The service and detail from the whole staff was incredible. Definitively adults only as the place is very relaxing and cozy. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Simple but GOOD. Staff was always ready to help or answer any questions. The roof deck is worth visiting either early in the morning to have a cup of coffee or in the evening to Admire the beautiful stars. |Location is excellent and you do feel safe at all Times.

Casa Nare is an excellent boutique hotel experience. The staff (Adrian, Paola and Claudia) offer first-class customer service and are most courteous and very friendly; they make good recommendations for restaurants, tours, transportation, etc. The rooms are very clean and comfortable; the breakfasts are made to order and delicious. The location is very safe and within easy walkable distance to the many attractions. A good choice for couples and single travelers. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in SMA! Muchas gracias, Adrian, Claudia y Paula!

For my first trip to San Miguel de Allende, I stayed at Casa Nare--it was a MAGICAL experience to celebrate my anniversary. Every room was unique. The entire property is filled with treasures and photo-perfect spots. The staff truly cared about me and remembered all my preferences. It was like I entered a sanctuary to restore my soul... and I will go back again (and again). I can't stop raving about my trip, it was just so special. And, for what it's worth, it's usually tough to meet and/or exceed my expectations. Bravo!!!
