We loved our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the whole of the town. It was peaceful and relaxing after a busy day sight seeing and the recepttion team are very friendly and helpful. We booked the deluxe room with balcony. The balcony is small but you get a view of the sea at the end of the street. Despite being on a street, when the windows are shut there is very little noise and we slept well. The shower is walk in and the housekeeping is excellent. There was plenty of storage and the toiletries are good quality and generous. The mini bar free water was really appreciated. There is a Lidl across the road for anything else. Thank you for making our holiday so perfect. We got a good deal with Hotels.com.

Well located and just a hop and a skip from all the popular pintxo bars. The room is sizable and water pressure is great. Highly recommended for couples and travelers who are fuss free.

Pros:|-hotel was very well located - a quick five minute walk to all the restaurants of old town|- would choose a room on the street side, so you have a pretty view to look out at however you cannot sit as the balconies are too small||Cons|- rooms were a standard. beds were decent. But no other amenities like conditioner, robes, slippers. We got a hair dryer.|- Internet was horrible, depending where you were|- the walls are very thin so you can hear conversation conversations easily|-the terrace rooms are not worth it. It is a small terrace located in an indoor courtyard so all you see our other people’s balconies. Don’t recommend unless you want to smoke.|- the terrace rooms are also right by the lobby so you can hear conversations there or if someone’s making coffee in the lobby||The best thing about the hotel is the location and the elevators. Outside of that, this would be an average hotel. If you’re a slight sleeper, do not recommend.

The location is great. Welcome was great. The room was VERY, VERY poor! Over priced, box room which was so small we could only open our cases on the bed!! Definitely over-rated with much better out there.

You could not find a better location. Not used to small facility but was surprised at how easy it was to come and go. Arrived late but code access to all was super easy. While services are limited as a small facility, they had helpful front desk and as I said, you cannot beat the location.

Spent a long weekend in San Sebastián and couldn’t have wished for a better location to stay in. Easy access to old town just a few minutes, La concha, bus station, perfect 👌🏼. Hotel staff very welcoming especially Xiker who assisted us with our check in and gave us some local insights. Room was clean, modern and has all the amenities required, good A.C too. We would definitely recommend for a long weekend break.

We had a small west-facing room. It was fine. Windows provided good sound-proofing from the noisy street at night, but at the sacrifice of air quality. The room was warm and stuffy by the morning, with an obvious lack of fresh air ( - the air-conditioning worked fine, but it's hard to sleep with it on). Shower was quite good. Bed was comfortable. Service was minimal yet sufficient and pleasant. Location on the edge of the old town was good.

Small but very nice. Loved the balcony, the room, and the staff. Super helpful considering our luggage was delayed 3 days.

Yelp
I stayed here for 3 nights. Our original hotel reservation got messed up and we booked here last minute. The location is fantastic. You are a minute's walk into old town and have easy access to anywhere you want to walk. It is a step or two up from a hotel. The rooms are basic. There is a pump on the shower wall with a soap/shampoo combo mix. There is someone on call, but not someone at the front desk in the off hours. There is a Jazz club that plays incredibly loud music that will boom through your walls until late in the evening. So when you book, ask for a room not adjoining the jazz club.

Yelp
This review is long overdue. All I can say this place is a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price! But you know what's even better is the service! How about leaving your camera bag with your DSLR camera inside and for them to send it back to you Stateside with everything intact? PRICELESS! Kudos to Roberto for the top notch service! If you need to talk to some one fluent in English, they have that covered to! Look for Inigo, he's from the east Coast and such a welcome surprise especially if you need recos and directions. All his pintxos places were spot on! We highly recommend this place!

Yelp
My only regret is that I didn't stay here my whole time in San Sebastián. My friend and I were here for the jazz festival and stayed at Casa Nicholasa based on other reviews from booking.com. It's new, and it's amazing! The entrance is beautiful and the exterior has a ton of charm and the inside is totally modern and new. The entire staff rocks as do the amenities. This is close to everything. I can't wait to return. Period.
