Casa Nicole Boutique Hotel

The experience was outstanding!!! The breakfast was to die for. Food and service both amazing. I would eat there every day if I could. Nicely located in town near the beach and shopping. The rooms were comfortable contemporary modern. Very tasteful. A delightful experience!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of the romantic zone. 5 star service, nicely appointed rooms, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of night life, dining and beach access steps away. Make sure you start your day with breakfast at the on premises restaurant. Great variety, top quality food and service as good as a 5 star restaurant by a bilingual staff. Definitely will be back.

I don't want to be overly critical as the hotel is clean and safe, however there are two issues that weigh heavily on the rating: 1. There is something wrong with the water system in the hotel. There was often no hot water and sometimes no water at all during our three night stay. We told the front desk several times and I just got the impression it wasn't the first time they had heard this. 2. The price is very expensive for the experience. This is a small three star hotel and is literally directly above a restaurant (you have to walk through it to leave). Make sure you realize what you're getting for the money. Honestly a little confused how the reviews are so high.

Our stay it was great experience. Our room was spacious and the bathroom as well. Swimming pool was quite and nice space to spend time to relax, the food at the food at the restaurant were we had breakfast it was so delicious and fresh, staff friendly and provided the best service thanks to all , hope come back soon.

Very nice small hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. We loved the restaurant on the first floor. They serve breakfast from 7AM to 2PM. Very good manu with fresh fruites and tasty fresh bakery. Excellent service. Hotel located 5 minutes walk from the beach. Many good restaurants close by. Long, beautiful beach walk.

I particularly enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the hotel and the location. The one thing I will note is that this hotel doesn't allow guests which is a huge issue for adults who find local intimacy during the vacation. I recommend this hotel re-address this policy to be within a reasonable accommodations. Despite restricting my hookup experience, I must say lodging at Casa Nicole was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived for my birthday weekend, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. I felt 100% comfortable and right at home. I stayed in room twozeroseven which was spacious, clean, great balcony, very hot shower water, excellent AC, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant atmosphere and the staff were just so accommodating and friendly. I just cannot recommend Casa Nicole enough for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. The combination of excellent service, comfortable atmosphere, and attention to detail truly sets this hotel apart. Thank you, Casa Nicole, for providing such a fantastic experience.

I have only come here for the restaurant and have not experienced the hotel. This is a great place to enjoy a very good breakfast at a fair price. The service is very good, Tables are set in an open air area which creates an enjoyable atmosphere. I would recommend it.

Amazing place for breakfast in PV. Not too expensive and what they offer for breakfast is really delicious. The service is very efficient and professional. Mateo our server took very good care of us. He was very polite and smiley. So if you are in Puerto Vallarta, this place is highly recommend. 👍🏼 Also, they have a beautiful patio to eat outside.
