The hotel is located 20 meters from the lake shore. There are restaurants and bars nearby and you can go on a very nice walk along the shore path with a great view of the mountain and northern part of the lake. The hotel is modern and features an intricate design. The pool is beautiful. I had a small room with little light which was sufficient but I‘m sure the hotel has better rooms to offer. I booked short notice so no quarrel there. Staff was friendly and forthcoming. Breakfast is a la carte and very tasty with with a lot of nice options to choose from.

Love this hotel on the shores of Lake Como. The design is unique, service is attentive, breakfast is sumptuous, location is unbeatable, price is reasonable. I can’t believe I found this gem as I feared anything respectable would cost an arm and a leg. We will certainly return and spend a few more days just to soak in the fresh air, relaxing vibes and laze by the beautiful pool. And by the way, don’t bother going far for food. The restaurant right next door served the best meal we’ve had in our entire week in Italy. It also has a gelateria! What more could you ask for?

Our trip here was average to be honest. We booked this hotel due to the spa and the facilities. Upon check in we were informed that the hotel charged €45 for one hour to use the spa. We were highly disappointed by this and would not have chosen this hotel if this was outlined on the website or on booking sites. ||There were a few issues with the room. The lamp was broken and the tv had no working English speaking channels. I would expect a smart television at the least for a hotel of this kind. ||We had the twin room and we are two friends that were on holiday. The shower is in the middle of the room and the toilet has very little privacy. ||For the cost of the stay here, I am not sure it is value for money or to allude to a “luxury stay”

Casa Olea exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway - peaceful and scenic. The renovation of the property has been done beautifully, blending modern comfort with authentic charm. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The staff were so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially with our 8 month old baby. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and ordering the day before reduces any food waste. We can’t wait to come back - highly recommended!

We liked - |This is a beautifully renovated building in a very quiet area of Lake Como. |Minimalist decor that works well. |The staff are friendly and helpful|Secure indoor parking (payable €10 per night)|Great breakfast (but you have to choose what you would like the day before)|Nice pool and there is a small spa area (which we didn’t use) that is payable at €45 per hour ||We didn’t like so much -|No reception after 21.00 hours|No on-site restaurant or bar BUT there is a pizzeria in the hotel next door and a fish restaurant the opposite side of the hotel to this. There is also a cute little waterfront bar a few minutes walk. |Our first night was cold and I slept in my coat because the heating / AC was off. However the next morning staff brought an extra duvet and blanket. |We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious but lacked comfort with no where to sit and chill other than on the bed. |The bed had 1 pillow each and these were hard (I’m sure we could have had extra pillows if we had asked) The bedding is linen and because of this it looked un-ironed and a bit shabby. |The towels are also linen which I didn’t like and at over £300 a night I would have liked fluffy towels. |Our patio was less than 1m wide with a tall hedge around it that obscured the lake view BUT there are rooms with bigger outdoor areas and seating. |There are no communal areas in the hotel except for the breakfast room

We chose Casa Olea to stay during the weekend of our wedding on Lake Como, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. A stone's throw from the lake with a breathtaking view, elegant rooms with a very romantic private spa for couples. We were able to relax after the stress of the organization and getting ready in their rooms and terraces was perfect. Not to mention Stefania and the attention she gave us to make us live the weekend fulfilling our every wish. Thank you Casa Olea, we will come back to celebrate our anniversaries!

Simply a beatiful boutique Hotel in an Amazing location (Alto Lario, Cremia). Minimalist design and Italian taste for design. Service is just excellent. Breakfast incredibile. Strongly suggested to Discover an Italian gem in one the most beautiful spot in the Lake of Como.

On the shores of Lake Como with restaurants nearby. Parking is available for an extra charge. Breakfast was too artisan, rather than being substantial, but apart from this, it’s a great place to stay. The reception desk is almost never manned, which became a little annoying, but it is only a minor point.
