We booked the place last minute. We were surprised to come into a two bedroom apartment very clean! The place was ample/ kitchen / bath nice location breakfast included. The service was excellent everyone was super nice. Very impressed with the place considering the cost. It rained and we were not prepared so didn't get to see much of the town. Parking was super reasonable but we found parking on the street. Supper relaxing time would recommend!

The price for two nights here was very reasonable, so I was wondering what we would get for our money, and I was pleasantly surprised. Los Leones is a restored Baroque House, and is a sort of working museum, with explanatory panels in the entrance area. It is a really interesting building, with two courtyards, internal balconies and more. ||||Our "room" turned out to be a suite, with a kitchen area, a living area with dining table and chairs, decent-sized bedroom, and bathroom. Most of the fittings seemed to be quite old - although the bathroom fittings seemed to be up to date and all worked well - and the decor was a little worn in places, but it was clean and comfortable. The rooms looked into one of the central courtyards, so it was very quiet and peaceful, aside from a little noise from some of our neighbours in the hotel. The hotel is on a pedestrian street, so I suspect that even the rooms at the front will be quiet. ||||Since there was a washing-machine in the suite, we did some washing and took it up to the solarium on the roof, where we were pleasantly surprised to find a good-sized roof terrace with loungers - a lovely place to rest during the heat of the day! ||||We didn't see much of the staff, and they didn't speak much English so our Spanish was tested, but check-in and check-out was quick and easy, and cleaning of our room was good. ||||The hotel is in a great location, central to El Puerto, close to bodegas, the catamaran terminal for the ferry to Cadiz, and lots of restaurants in the area. The town market is one minutes walk away. We had breakfast each day in the small cafe immediately adjacent to the hotel (it may even be part of the hotel), which was very good. ||||We parked up our car on arrival until we left. The hotel offers a deal on a nearby car park in Calle Ganado: I drove into the first one we found, on the right a little way up the street, which was about 3 or 4 minutes walk to the hotel, but there is another, even closer, near the other end of the street, on the left! ||||We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return someday.

El Puerto De Santa Maria was a find and this apartment was just the perfect spot. It's got a beach, brilliant attractions and really buzzing evening culture as well as a 30 minute catamaran to Cadiz. |This apartment had everythibg we needed and the building had a roof terrace for Sun in the afternoon and drinks at night. |The staff were so pleasant and helpful. It was a fantastic choiCE for us to be right in the centre of everythibg. And the added bonus - 3 days car parking for €11.95. This is really worth a visit and if you stay make this your destination.

A little bit of history right in the heart of El Puerto. We were a little worried on arrival as our apartment was at the front of the building but this part of town whilst lively during the day, is pretty quiet of an evening. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and whilst the building is full of history and character, the rooms are a bit basic, but still good value for money. The kitchenette in particular, is sparsely equipped, no kettle, toaster nor oven, so we only used it for breakfast but there is a daily maid service which was an unexpected surprise. The roof terrace was a bonus but has a limited number of loungers and chairs and is pretty much in full sun for most of the day. Location is the biggest asset though as we were able to walk to pretty much all the attractions El Puerto has to offer, only needing the car to get to the beach. Highly recommended for a short stay in this historic town.

Friendly staff at check-in and when we needed directions or recommendations. It was located a few streets from the water, easily walkable and close to many restaurants and shopping. You can't tell from the outside, but the inside of the hotel has an atrium; very neat. I was really impressed when I saw our room. It was a suite with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and bedroom all separate! Great value. My only recommendation would be to add some rugs, as the tile floor made it feel a bit cold and uncomfortable.

This is not grand but if you want to save some Euros to buy great Spanish shoes, this is a good place. Clean and simple! Interesting outdoor courtyards filled with plants are a beautiful feature of this renovated heritage structure. The access to restaurants and shops is good and the ferry or bus into Cadiz is within walking distance. It was just right for us!

Likes: Essentially, this property was an old mini palace, with several flats on each floor. There are two small courtyards inside the structure, after you walk past two massive steel-reinforced, solid wooden doors. Each flat comes with a kitchen, a comfortably - sized combined living and dining area with a couch, a comfrtably - sized bedroom with closet, as well as an above-average sized bathroom with a shower over the tub, and a bidet. The hotel provides daily housekeeping sevrices, toilettries, and kitchen supplies. Front-desk staff and housekeeping are very helpful and speak English, among other languages. While this property may be located in downtown, and within walking distance of many businesses and attractions, The location can be a huge negative factor as well.||||Fail: As mentioned above, the location is a boon of this property. Unfortunately, it is also the bane that makes one rethink any decision, more than twice, of whether to stay here. The biggest problem to this property is the parking problem, which can be quite an irritance at best, but a costlyl headache at worst, if your car is ever towed! Thankfully, public parking is available nearby, and range in price from 3.95 - 5.95 euros every 24 hours, with no in/out privileges.||||At first glance, while the price of an overnight stay might be viewed as an attractive value, factoring in the cost and incovnenience of parking spaces can make this property a value trap! Caveat emptor!

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Large kitchen and family room. The bathroom wasn't so big but everything was super clean. Had to keep bedroom doors open because AC is in kitchen. Quiet at night. Underground cheap parking is near the Plaza. Churros 2 doors down and a wet market open in the morning one block away. There's a rooftop deck with lounge chairs. My daughter saw a falling star at night up there. Would recommend.
