I am really sad to write this bad review because I had a great shopping experience at this store. But for over a week I have contacted them to get my Global Blue Tax Refund, and they have not sent it. This is extremely disappointing as it is 19% of what I paid, which is a significant amount. They have not responded to my requests. The email for the tax refund should have been sent immediately. I stood at the store for over 30 minutes waiting for them to process it, and left thinking that they had, but unfortunately they had not and will not respond to my requests. Since I am leaving Colombia today, I cannot get the refund. Therefore, I do not recommend shopping at this store, which is too bad because the service was good and I loved what I bought.

I wish this store was my closet. Such fun, high quality pieces at a good price point. I would also recommend this place if you need a gift for someone - they just have a lot of neat stuff!

Best place to shop emerging colombian brands and the best prices for amazing designs. If you are looking for a gift of low budget this is the place, and if you are looking for statement pieces for your wardrobe this is also the place.

The staff at the the store in Bogotá treat customers very badly, they are rude and customer service is awful. They don’t want to do anything and tell customers to get online to solve problems like returns etc even when the client can personally return the items in store they don’t help in any way.

Mi lugar favorito para comprar moda colombiana y latinoamericana. Tienen una curaduría de diseñadores muy buena, todos los precios, totalmente accesible para las que nos gusta apoyar la moda colombiana y no queremos quebrarnos en el intento, y el espacio es muy acogedor y lindo. Cerca está la calle de los anticuarios con conceptos parecidos, pero sin duda Casa Précis es la mejor.

Me gusta mucho este lugar . Alternativas diferentes de diseñadores colombianos. La atención muy buena y la ropa y zapatos que venden me encantan!
