Casa Reims

We booked two nights and two rooms |Next to each other.|Arrived at the Hotel which has only two floors no lifts in the Hotel. We got a rooms which had small beds and the Air condition take time to make room cold but was ok at the end.|The room was clean and bath with shower was ok.|The Breakfast was made by a nice lady which made us Omelets each Morning and Toast and they had cheese and some vegetables and Juice and coffee.|The Parking if you lucky you might have one or two spaces in the back of the Hotel.|But if not after two rides around the Hotel you kind find parking in the street which free in certain places.|The Location is great a five minute walk to the old city with all the different restaurants and black church and Cabal car is also 5-8 minutes walk.|I would recommend to my friends and family for the Location and Good Breakfast the beds could be much bigger and more comfortable.

We didn't like the hotel at all. Except for the free parking and the great location. The water stream was poor. We had 2 rooms, one of them without working TV. We weren't sure regarding the breakfast policy but the host told us that it's included, although the next day he told us that it's not, so we were overcharged for the poor breakfast that they served (8 eur per person per day - it's about the price for 2 persons in any restaurant) The hotel's stuff didn't speak English at all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

A good hostel in the center of Brasov for a good price. The staff was very nice and helpful, and breakfast was solid but good. The hostel does not offer parking service, and it can be quite difficult finding one along the street. It's a matter of luck - once it took us half an hour to find parking 10 minutes walk from the hostel, and another time we found one immediately. Besides that, the hostel is very recommended.

Casa Reims offers free and safe parking for its guests, which in the middle of Old Town is really a bonus. It is close to the main drag of town, minutes away from Republicii Street. We were nicely welcomed and accommodated, the rooms are very clean and provide all conforts required for a few days. The only trouble we had was the wifi connection, mostly non-existent in our room, as we were at the very end of the hallway, probably far from the source.

The location is the only good thing about this place. Had higher expectations after reading the reviews. The location is at the 1st and 2nd floor of a house, while at the ground floor are living residents, which often complain about the noise of the wooden floor. The lady came to the reception, which is also the place where breakfast is served to argue that she is unable to sleep. Understandable, considering that we also could not sleep because of children running upstairs. Went to the reception to ask whether they could talk to their guests, i don't know if they did, because the problem was not solved. Breakfast has the cheapest ingredients, low qualify food. Bathroom with problems, mold and leaks. We went there is in winter and the room was rather cold. Asked the receptionist to turn up the heat, nothing happened, the radiators were lukewarm. Also very expensive for what it offers.

My husband and I spent one night at Casa Reims on our road trip through Transylvania. There was free parking outside the hotel. The hotel is in residential building on second floor (no elevators) so be prepared to carry you luggage upp many stairs. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean but there where problems. The AC in one of the room did not work as well as the shower was very strange. The location was however bery good.|

We stayed here 2 nights. The parking lot is more like a marketing feature because there are far to few places. Parking places in the street are very rare, even if the staff claims that street parking is no problem. Theres no lift, but thats normal in romania. The room was ok, but small and a bit noisy and the furniture had some significant signs of use. Wifi was good and breakfast ok. The best 2 things were the price and the position close to the historic center. All in all it was acceptable.
