A Roman villa that was preserved in time by many, many hands. The good thing about it is that it's constinuously restored, but at a slow pace.
A lot of the rooms and chambers are empty, with just information boards available, and maybe a few artifacts. It's a museum that's up to your imagination. Out back there is a garden, but apart from a toilet and other ruins, there's nothing else presentable.
I gave it 5 stars for its historical heritage, but 4 stars would have been more accurate for the price – 6 euros for less than 20 minutes visit. It wouldn't make my top sightseeing landmarks in Kos.
