It's a no frill hotel. We booked the hotel for more than 3 weeks. The room is ok. The reason for booking this hotel is that the price/room rate is very reasonable. My sister and I were constantly out of town. We mostly used the hotel so we have room to store our luggage when we are away from Cebu City.
The bathroom drain wasn't working well the day we checked-in, but it was fixed as soon as the front desk was informed of the issue.
The month of August in Cebu is still hot and humid. We left the A/C on all day, so that it would be cool when we come in the room from a humid outside. There's no air-conditioning in the hallway as well as the front desk, but it's ok, though.
The hotel is always fully booked.
I learned from the front desk personnel that if you call and tell them you are staying for more than a 15 days, you are given a discount -- 15%. We could have availed of the discount, but we booked through a third party (Agoda).
There is a restaurant next to the front desk called Salt. Currently It's not owned/managed by the hotel, so if you need extra plates, cups, or drinking glasses in your room, just ask the front desk personnel (and ask for toiletries, too).
The housekeeping personnel was friendly. We asked her to clean our room (I encouraged tipping, but it is not necessary).
The hotel is near St. Patrick Square. There's a restaurant - Brown Cup- that serves affordable breakfast/meals. Also, the hotel is near a convenient store, 7-eleven, opened 24hrs; it is a walking distance to a lot of restaurants; near Robinsons Supermarket; near Redemptorist Church.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city.
