Casa Rural Cortijo La Alberca

Best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Left feeling rejuvenated and content. The location is perfect for hikes and has a lot of history. The hotel is beautiful with nicely decorated rooms and a great outdoor space. Celeste, the host, made us feel at home and part of the family. She catered for our dietary needs and the breakfast was delicious with eggs from her chickens and handmade jams she made with her mother. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be returning next time we are near Níjar. Thanks again Celeste for the wonderful stay.

We had a very nice stay in Cortijo La Alberca. The place is gorgeous and close to all the nice spots in the surroundings. Celeste is a great host and she can cook like the best. Excellent host and excellent location. Freshly prepared breakfast and dinner available on request. A true rural experience. Amazing views in a nice & quiet area. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful holiday away from the city.

Had a long weekend with my partner and it was a great place to stay to see the area and so quiet and tranquil. Celeste the owner was great, she told us where to go to see stuff and where to eat and we had a great time. So different to where we live on the Costa del Sol.

We loved our night at this beautiful casa rural and wished we could have stayed longer. You are really off the beaten path here and you are immediately welcomed like members of the family. Great hosts, great dinner and breakfast, and rooms that really feel like they are sliced out of history. We were enchanted and highly recommend it.

We were happy to stay here for three nights. Our room was simple but very clean and came with an awesome shower. The hike up to Huebro from the casa is beautiful and comes with lovely views. It's half an hour drive from the not to miss Cabo de Gata park. The breakfast is great and served on a lovely terrace. The dinner is optional and ok.

Very nice hotel with a typical local Spanish ambiance. Rooms are very good, the breakfast is also perfect. Celeste (the owner) is a great host and her dinners are delicious.

Best shower ever. Perfectly ripe figs. Rural setting, beautiful accommodations and gardens. Celeste was very welcoming and laid back, and had great tips for the area.
