Casa Rural El Abuelo Quiko Chinchón

We were in Chinchon for a wedding, and 4 of us stayed in this 3 bedroomed house. for 4 days. It is in a quiet street, very near the central square, but not bothered by noise and activity in the square. The bedrooms were very comfortable and 2 were quite large, the other smaller. The 2 bathrooms were excellent, great showers. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area spacious. It is upstairs, has good wifi, lots of televisions. Lots of basic foodstuffs were supplied.eg coffee, sugar, milk, soap etc. This was very nice for our arrival which was quite late. Good airconditioning, but we were able to open the windows instead, as it wasn't very hot. We were able to park a hire-car on the street.||The owner was very helpful and accomodating. ||For me this was a very pleasant relief as I had been in a hotel for the past week, in a tiny room. It was lovely to have some quiet space and be able to make myself a cup of tea!!||I have just read (in Spanish) the review of "Ca' tia Maria" on this site. This is the smaller apartment in the basement of our house, which was "Casa el abuelo Quiko". Jose was extremely helpful and friendly, I agree.

9 of us stayed in the whole house including 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 living areas for 2 nights. Javier who spoke very good English gave us warm welcomes and showed us around the house with enthusiasm. He also showed us a safe and free public parking nearby, good restaurants at Plaza Mayor. We enjoyed hearty breakfast in the morning with the generous bread, cakes, juice, coffee..... Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy. The Maria at the ground floor was pleasantly decorated with modern lightning and rural farming stuff which was very artistic. Thanks for a pleasant stay in this beautiful and peaceful town 45 minutes drive from Madrid.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was lovely. Jose welcomed us and showed us round and came to see us off when we left too. The apartment is lovely, on 2 levels and with great views Some of our friends were in the smaller apartment downstairs which worked really well. Very clean and comfy beds, powerfull showers and well equipped kitchen. Chinchon is a beautiful town too, very worth visiting.

We stayed in the upstairs, Francisco, apartment while other members of our group stayed downstairs in Maria. The apartment is pretty, very comfortable, well-equipped and close to everything. The beds vary in terms of firmness so there is a bed to suit anybody. Our apartment was on 2 levels and had 2 double bedrooms and a large twin room with a spacious bathroom shared. The second level had a large open area with kitchen, dining area, lounge area and another bathroom. Shower pressure was fantastic. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only thing missing was a kettle if you wanted to make a cip of tea but we just used the coffee maker instead to boil water or we could have done it on the stovetop. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nos hemos alojado en casa Francisco y ha sido un acierto dar con ellos. La casa es espectacular, súper acogedora y acomodada. Toallas y sábanas muy limpias. Nos dejaron de todo para desayunar: zumos, pan, café, cacao, bollería… un detalle increíble!!! Recomendamos a todos que os alojéis aquí, el trato ha sido estupendo y, además, cercano al parque Warner!!! Tiene un parking justo al lado.

Fui el fin de semana con la familia. La casa está fenomenal, reformada y con mucho gusto decorada. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y una cosa que me ha llamado la atención es que estaba muy bien equipada. Tiene una terracita muy chula para estar ahi tomando algo. El anfitrión muy amable, nos dejó un montón de cosas de desayuno y todas las facilidades del mundo para entrar y salir. Volveré sin duda.

Fin de semana en familia, nos alojamos en las dos casas, Tío Quico y Tía María. Casas limpias con detalles cuidados al máximo y José siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Desayuno espectacular. |100x100 recomendable.
