We just came for the restaurant on a saturday evening and it was a great surprise ! I tried many dishes including porcetta and they were all delicious ! We were outside and I must say the place was very quiet and beautiful ! As the temperature was a bit cold, they even provided plaids which was perfect to keep us warm. Overall, it turned out to be a great moment for us! Thank you !

We enjoyed our honeymoon in Sardegna and went to Saltara for a nice dinner. The dinner was the best we had the entire two weeks and of the best we’ve ever enjoyed. The service was excellent and they made sure to make our dinner special considering the occasion. As an added bonus, the grounds and surrounding landscape are gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone, and it is definitely worth going out of the way for.

Wonderful time there. We stayed for a night and everything was perfect. The hosts welcomed us and were very kind and helpful. We felt at ease and relaxed by this peaceful place. Then, we had dinner and this made our day as everything was delicious. Once again the host was very accommodating as we didn’t make any reservation! So appreciable! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back there on our next trip to Sardinia.

I slept in this agriturismo for 3 nights with my girlfriend in August. ||The place is very beautiful. We loved the garden that surrounded our little independent room/home, which was also really comfortable.||The place also has a cozy pool.||Breakfast was amazing. Not the usual hotel buffet breakfast, but a delicate one served at your table by a waiter, while you’re sitting outside enjoying the Sardinian countryside. The breakfast includes local products, fresh fruit, and incredible fresh juices/smoothies made of seasonal fruit (we loved the peach one).||It is worth trying the dinner there, for which you will get a 10% discount as a guest. Take the house menu, so that you can try everything. You will love their wood oven freshly baked bread, as well as the typical pic and all the cold cuts for antipasto. If I remember well, with the menu and a liter of house wine we ended up spending about €80/90 in 2.

Below expectations. The place, apart from being in the middle of nowhere has nothing special. It has a point if you stay in the little houses but not for just have dinner. The service is good, they seem to have a person specialized for each task. And the food, the food is good but not very good as it should be for such a place. The porchetta had some slices that were dryer than other, I hope half of it wasn't from the day before. The Pan was a bit basic, the raviolis too. The vegetarian appearitive was very good. And the biggest problem comes with the price. The menu/individual dished, the portions and the price are build in a way that makes no sense to me, you end up paying too much either way. I guess you pay for the service and place but is nothing spectacular either, they want to look fancy but then your porchetta is full of wasps.

An absolute favorite! The bungalows and the little houses with own little gardens and lounges are just perfect. The owners are super welcoming and service is amazing. By far the best Restaurant during our 10 day journey through Sardinia. Breakfast is also super lovely including nice amount of fruit.

Amazing dining experience in an unforgettable setting! Our evening started with an aperitivo on the Saltara terrazza, we had two glasses of Sardinian bollicine (bubbly) accompanied by a few nibbles. The dinner started with a complimentary non-alcoholic infusion that had all of the fruity flavours of Saltara. Before the meal started they brought us some delicious warm freshly baked bread and pane carasau with locally produced extra virgin olive oil. Our waiter was fantastic in suggesting what to order, the house culurgiones were delicious, the maialino was melt in the mouth, and the mirtamisu was to die for. An absolutely unforgettable experience and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Sardinia!
