So glad we chose this hotel to stay in during our time in Cusco. San Blas neighborhood is cute and the walk to city center was short. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. The staff were excellent, so attentive, accessible (helped with arranging rides from airport and pick ups for excursions, also always available to answer qs via WhatsApp) and kind! Our room was great and the breakfast that is included was plentiful. Would recommend and stay here again.

Casa San Blas Exquiste was a well-located, charming refuge for this weary traveler from Arizona, USA. The service of the entire entire staff was outstanding! (Thank you for your above and beyond Service.) Check-in/check-out were seamless. The rooms were clean and quite nice. The breakfast buffet was always a great early start to a day of sight-seeing in beautiful Cusco. I would stay here again.

Exceptional service and location Our stay at Casa San Blas was exceptional! This boutique hotel is perfectly located—close enough to all the action of San Blas and Plaza de Armas, yet tucked away from the main road, making it a surprisingly tranquil retreat. The quiet and cozy atmosphere was a welcome escape. Above and beyond staff The staff couldn't have been more wonderful. They went far above and beyond their call of duty, from providing amazing restaurant recommendations to helping us sort out a half-day tour of Cusco. Their assistance was especially invaluable as we prepared for our four-day Salkantay Trek, providing local insights that made our trip smoother. Delicious food at the hotel The hotel's lovely breakfast spread of fresh, local fruit, eggs cooked to order, and a generous assortment of meats and cheeses was a perfect start to our days. We were so impressed that, after our trek, we decided to stay another night and have dinner at the hotel. You never expect much from hotel dinners, but we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and amazing price. Highest recommendation I would 100% stay here again, and I plan to recommend it to all my friends and family.

This hotel is absolutely incredible because of its service and location. Stayed for 2 nights pre-Inka Trail, and another night when we got back. As a non-Spanish speaker, they helped immensely with any questions, and helping us call to help sort out some of our reservations. Front desk is 24:7, so someone is always available to help. I wish I got the names of the staff as I was there, but they were all very welcoming and helpful. I hope they are recognized by management for how much positivity they bring

I stayed for 4 nights with a tour group at Casa San Blas. I was impressed with every aspect of the hotel. The front desk attendant JD showed up at the street corner to direct us from our van to the hotel. He offered me a bag lunch on the day of my departure. He knew, even though I never told him, I had a special diet- vegan- and catered to that. I had an amazing massage in the hotel, better than any I have had in the states. It was so relaxing and thorough- reflexology, scalp massage did not deduct time from rest of body. 45$ for an hour was a great bargain. The restraunt staff were a highlight for me, with my special meal requests. Aida was so kind and attentive, and the chef made me a delicious vegetable soup- I ate it 3 or 4 times! Elyin was cheerful as she decorated the lobby for Halloween- Equipo de Terror!! Luis Angel, Mijail, and Jhordan were always so kind when I needed oxygen for altitude sickness and reassured me I would be fine. The hotel is nestled in a sweet little alcove with ATM, money exchange, and pharmacy literally across the street. A bonus is the adjacent music school so that while I was having that delicious vegetable soup I was also listening to relaxing symphonic music. At breakfast they made to order eggs, omelets for my group, had pancakes, oatmeal, juices, avacado, bacon and assortment of nuts, cereal and breads. It was a big deal for me to get my favorite soy milk for my coffee!!!! The beds and linens were very comfortable, and I got offered a hot water bottle for my feet on cold nights. Highly recommend, and any trip to Cusco I would stay at Casa San Blas

Great experience at Casa San Blas Hotel! I stayed in two different rooms before and after a trek and stored my bags for the days I was gone. The staff were amazing and even had my bags in my room when I got back from the mountains to check in the second time. Location was fantastic 2 blocks from the main square and close to everything. Unlimited filtered water available in the lobby was a huge help.

Perfect home base for walking around and experiencing the best Cuzco has to offer. Staff was super friendly and ran a tight, clean operation. Coca tea flows freely and the breakfast bar is phenomenal, I recommend eating yours up on the rooftop terrace. Love the attention to detail and how each room had a different “theme” animal. Vibes tremendous. Don’t skip the chocolate shop next door.

Just delightful! The staff was so warm and welcoming. I left for a few days and came back and they greeted me like an old friend. Rooms are nice, tasty and generous breakfast, great location.
