We had a truly disappointing experience with your hotel. On the day of our planned stay, we couldn’t reach the hotel because the road was completely blocked due to construction. We immediately informed the hotel and requested a refund, but were flatly refused. What made it worse was the staff’s extremely rude and uncooperative attitude.
The representative claimed they had “provided us with directions and advice,” but the reality is, they were not in the car with us and couldn’t possibly know the actual road conditions. Their exact words were, “I wasn’t with you in the car, so how could I guide you?” This is not only irresponsible but also shows a complete lack of empathy. If the hotel knows access routes might be problematic, it’s their duty to proactively inform guests — not shift blame after the fact.
We were left stranded, frustrated, and out of pocket. For a hotel that claims to value guests, their refusal to offer even a partial refund or alternative solution was shocking. The lack of accountability and poor customer service make us question ever staying here again. Avoid this place if you value respect and basic hospitality.
