Casa Sur Antalya

A little slice of heaven tucked away in the heart of Antalya, right next to Hadrian’s Gate, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Despite being so central and close to all amenities, the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis—charming, cosy, and incredibly tranquil thanks to its lush onsite gardens and private, thoughtfully designed rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable, and one day we returned to find colourful balloons in our room—a sweet, unexpected gesture from the staff that really made us feel special. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. They happily accommodated our requests, whether it was for a fan or help finding flowers, and consistently went above and beyond. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable enough for our two-week stay. We loved the thoughtful touches like slippers, dental and shaving kits, and a fridge stocked with complimentary tea, coffee, and soft drinks—it’s those little details that really elevate the experience. The Cava Restaurant was also a highlight. The food and service were exceptional, with our waiter offering helpful guidance through the menu and recommending the hotel’s signature cocktails, which were fantastic. Overall, Casa Sur was the perfect place to stay—peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully run. We had no complaints whatsoever and would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend.

A garden oasis in the heart of the Old Town, Antalya. Just steps from Hadrians Gate you cannot beat Casa Sur Antalya for its location, stunning rooms, ambiance, restaurant and beautiful relaxing gardens.|My husband and I were so happy we decided to stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions. |Plenty of areas to relax and unwind which we took advantage of as we had been traveling for a couple weeks. |Walking outside the front door you are already within the Old Town itself and we found it so enjoyable to simply wander the cobblestone streets. |Do yourself a favor and make sure you have dinner one evening in their restaurant. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings combined with delicious cuisine enhanced the entire experience The staff are attentive and go out of their way to assist. Extra touches like having heaters for a cool evening made for a comfortable outdoor dining experience. |I also want to add that their hair dryers were of a high quality which was a bonus for long hair!|We highly recommend Casa Sur Antalya for your visit.

Lovely traditional little hotel. Perfect location with a very nice restaurant and a beautiful garden. The staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions that we had, they even sliced a watermelon on our request.

Everything was top notch. Best location, lovely peaceful gardens, friendly and efficient staff. Room on first floor in annex was clean and comfortable. Trying very hard to find fault, and the only thing I could come up with was the taxi driver had problems locating where to drop us off. Premium pricing but worth it.

We stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed Cas Sur Antalya. The bed was comfortable, the noise was very minimal when running the AC and the staff were very quick to provide anything we needed. They set up a massage for me and my husband and were attentive. Very good location for all the major sight seeing and the restaurant in the hotel was very good!

This hotel is located a short distance from the Hdrian Gate in the old city. My wife had broken her ankle on the day of arrival which had been temporary plaster as it required surgery. We had not been able to hire a wheelchair or obtain crutches and at short notice they changed our room to ground floor and lent us an office chair for mobility . The staff were amazing helpful even recommending a surgeon and contacting him to arrange an appointment the following day.. The restaurant staff also went above and beyond when serving our meals. Assisting with seating and support for the injured leg. This hotel has a lovely garden area. We spent a further post operation stay and again the support given was amazing.

We planned our wedding in Antalya, Türkiye from Toronto, Canada, and they made the entire process effortless for us. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, with the highest level of professionalism. Casa Sur is a beautiful venue and speaks for itself. The location of the hotel, right in the heart of Old Town, was a perfect place to get married, with Hadrian’s Gate as our back drop. The level of organization was amazing, and our wedding day went incredibly smooth. The rooms are well designed, and the bridal suite was very comfortable for me to get ready, with the hair and makeup team and photographers around. I got some incredible photos in the room, in the orange orchard of the hotel, and at Hadrian’s Gate and the streets of Kaleiçi. The florals, decor details, and venue in general were all so beautiful. The food was amazing and I look forward to coming back to Casa Sur for anniversary dinners to come. Our wedding planner Nava went out of her way to add some special touches we requested, which we are so grateful for. She is very dedicated with her work. Planning a destination wedding could not have been easier thanks to Nava, her team, and the staff at Casa Sur. We highly recommend!

The property itself is nice but perhaps not worth the price. The room is spacious and clean. Water pressure is great and the aircon works. We had an unpleasant check in experience and couldn’t access luggage or change our clothes after the flight because we had arrived 1.5h prior to the check in time. She suggested we paid 20 euros for early checking in despite the room being ready. This has never happened anywhere else in the world that I’ve stayed in. The woman checking us in gave no introduction to the property and promptly shooed us to come back when the check in opens. She was incredibly unpleasant. She also told us there is no rooftop terrace as advertised on the hotel website. We had the ground floor room right next to the lobby and you can hear people outside and it had little privacy so you’ll have to close the blinds at all times. The wifi also didn’t work in the room. We felt unwelcome and only stayed 2 out of the 4 nights we booked before we found somewhere else.
