I think this is the most beautiful place to stay in Modica, with the most stunning view of the city. The owner is a very lovely architect, who had a clear vision of this accomodation and is realizing it step for step. He created a beautiful boutique hotel with a little garden, where you can sit, enjoying the view. The breakfast is homemade, with lots of love.

The view from your room in Casa Talia is why guests choose this hotel. It is absolutely astonishing and unforgetable, as the town of Modica and the baroque churches of St Giorgio and St Pieter in their glorious centuries-old beauty appear right in front of your eyes ... truly a sight to behold !!! ... owner architect Marco will welcome you during breakfast and he is such an interesting character who likes to share his life experiences and knowledge of his love of the town, that we easily chit chat like good friends ... hahaa. Casa Talia was his dream creation from a cluster of abandoned centuries old stone houses, but the interior is very much like a place you would see in Architecture Digest magazine or alike. It is truly a one-of-kind place u will forever remember in your life !!!!

A highlight of our trip! Modica is beautiful and Casa Talia was the most relaxing and wonderful sanctuary for our 2 nights in Modica. Fantastic location, quiet and tranquil. The room is tastefully decorated, the shower is powerful, exceptionally cleaned and comfortable bed. Vittorio made our stay so comfortable, with great tips re Modica and he was always contactable via whatsapp. I couldn't recommend this hotel more.

we loved our stay at Casa Talia which overlooks Modica Alta and has amazing views especially of the Chiesa San Giorgio. This is well located with a convenient car park and easy to get to from the highway without needing to drive into Modica. We were greeted by staff on arrival who helped with bags and showed us around the property. We were provided with a very useful map with tips as to restaurants and major sights.||You do need to go up and down stairs to access the main part of the town but it doesn't take long and is no drama unless you have serious mobility or fitness/health issues. ||The rooms are decorated very tastefully and the terrace we had was a good size with fantastic views over Modica Alta. Room Service was provided every day and was very professional. ||The garden areas are gorgeous and breakfast was served in a lovely garden terrace when we were there in summer. We had good coffee and delicious fresh juice, granita and freshly baked muffins. The staff are extremely helpful.

We stayed two nights at the Casa Talia and we loved it!||||This intimate 7 rooms B&B is perfectly located in Modica, offering spectacular views on the roofs of the city and situated only 5 mins walk from the city centre. Our room was beautiful decorated with curated furniture; we had a terrasse with great views over the city. ||||The breakfast is good with slow living food. ||||The staff is great; so helpful and recommended great things to see (like Marzamemi) and very nice restaurants. ||||Only two points / things to consider to improve this hotel:||1. Have a bar > This hotel is so well located that you just want to drink a nice glass of wine or enjoy a cocktail and just chill looking over the view. ||2. The room (at least our room - Mediterranee) was a bit noisy. The hotel is completely integrated in the middle of a residential area and therefore in the morning you hear the noise from the neighbourhood, not ideal when you pay £200 for a room.
