CASA TIMOTEO

We are the fans of Spanish modernism, and we were suprised to find this gem in Alcoy on our trip to the coast. It is beautifully restored building and apartment. It has a great location in the center with plenty of eating places. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Small kitchenette is well equipped. Wine and bathroom robes are available for the purchase. From the small balcony we had a view of the church and main plaza. The bed was very comfortable. Easy communication with the host in English. Alcoy was a nice stop, it has an easy walkable center and beautiful surrounding. When choosing the location in the city center, we were prepared that parking won't be easy. In the evening we were lucky to find a parking spot on the lot down the street. There is also paid parking nearby. The street in front of the building is busy.

Don't hesitate to book this property, it's awesome! The decor is beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped and the bath is luxurious. Parking was easy just down the street. They provided a link to check in on line and then provided access codes for the building and the apartment. They instantly answered questions on What's Ap with links to reccomended restaurants. We loved our stay!

By far one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless — even the TV remote was disinfected and sealed in a pouch, which really shows the level of care and attention to detail. The place itself is absolutely beautiful. It’s not only stylish and thoughtfully designed, but also super practical and comfortable. The lighting inside creates such a warm and romantic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings. From the layout to the little touches, everything just felt well put together. You can tell the hosts really put effort into making it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and charming stay. Would definitely come back.

There is one place that I will never want to leave from Spain when we are there. It is called Casa Timoteo. As you already know we are decorating our apartament and Casa Timoteo is just my style. I got major inspiration from there.||It is located in a cute little town called Alcoy that offered us very romantic and peaceful evenings. Their old city center is very charming filled with old buildings and narrow streets and I loved that it wasn’t very crowded. Our apartment was the penthouse, with 2 big terraces and one of them with a breathtaking view. You could see the beautiful blue dome from there. My favorite moment was having breakfast or dinner on this terrace while hearing the music from the church’s bells. Our room and bed was very comfy and also with a great design. I love it when hotels or guests houses put such a big accent on design in order to offer their guests a memorable stay. I simply adored the double sink situation in the bedroom and the golden clothing rack.||If you fell in love with their amazing design pieces as I did, you can book few nights in Alcoy at Casa Timoteo and enjoy a beautiful time there!

Wonderful stay at Casa Timoteo. It is situated right in the old center of Alcoy, in a beautiful historical building. Everything was perfect ! The location is 10 plus, with an amazing view to the Santa Maria Church. Also the cleanliness was 10 out of 10, the staff was very friendly and helpful to recommend us some restaurants around. |Really recommend the place for short and long stays, we personally felt like home for 3 days. Thanks for a memorable stay !

We stayed for two nights. ||The apartment is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, everything is new and the building is great. Big parking just 200 m away, easy to park. ||Laura, thank you for a very warm welcome! The check-in was fast and non problematic. ||Same as the check-out. ||The team and service is fantastic. We forgot to take our bag from the parking lot and left to Benidorm. It was Sunday. Manuel came there to take care of it. Thank you Manuel for reacting immediately and being so careful about our personal belongings. ||you can really count on this stuff. In every matter!||Highly recommended!

Alcoy is a hidden gem. So is Casa Timoteo. Gorgeous house and the apartments are simply amazing. Beautifully decorated and well furnished. Centrally located and walking distance to everything. There’s a Mas y Mas supermarket a block away and plenty of restaurants and bars. Above and beyond Covid measures are in place. Thank you Sylvia for making us feel at home as soon as we stepped thru the door.|Spending the weekend in Alcoy for my birthday and couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and chill.

An apartment with great style, fragrance and sense of design. Very clean and well organized with wonderful light and comfortable beds. Warm and welcoming even on a cold and windy Februar weekend when I visited Alcoi :))
