Nice to have a place from Cervecería de Colima here in Guadalajara. Big fan of their craft beer. The food is awesome, I love that their dishes have a twist of the regional food from Colima so you can get to taste something different from the regular dishes commonly found in local pubs and cervecerias.

I had lunch here with friends. The food was Mexican gourmet. The service was excellent and the waiter really knew his beers. The serve beer from Colima and mine was very fresh and fruity. I truly enjoyed it. I also had a small sandwich that was delicious. The stools are a bit uncomfortable but they have plenty of chairs.

After 10 hours of flying from the US I was treated by the manager to a wonderful Piedra Lisa cerveza, beautiful roof top view, and smoked marlin tacos. An incredible entry into a vibrant city and culture...that is in the ukinary style of neighboring Colima I'll be visiting later this week.

The place is very nice and the rooftop is cool but they should have a wider variety of beers. A bit pricey but not the main problem. Menu should include the food and beers they also sell. Music selection can be improved but is not super bad currently, variety of genres and bands; from local mexican bands to international songs.

Excellent food and drinks, with creative flavor combinations. The pepino misionera is fantastic, and the taco de cachete is also wonderful.

Casa Trapiche is a great restaurant food ambiance. The Colima Brewery beer is tremendous, especially the Paramo (is my favorite pale ale and I really like Sierra Nevada Pale ale.). Don't miss out on the appetizers particularly the popcorn with chile flakes. I could go on... I happened upon an opera/bolero concert. That was magical Enjoy
